HILLARY CLINTON MAY GO TO PRISON

Hillary Clinton is going to prison–or would be, if she were an ordinary person. The FBI has reportedly taken possession of the emails on her home computer server, according to U.S. officials cited by the Associated Press.

According to Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA), at least two of the emails contained “Top Secret, Sensitive Compartmented Information.”

An ordinary person–or even a well-known leader like General David Petraeus–would be prosecuted for moving classified information onto a private system. And that is just the beginning of her legal problems.

Clinton not only allegedly exchanged classified information via private e-mail, but also destroyed her emails before handing them over to the State Department before the government could determine for itself which were personal and which were job-related. That could constitute a felony, with a three-year prison sentence attached. And that is just the beginning of what is known.

It is worth noting, too, that much of the information emerging on Hillary Clinton first emerged from three sources: the Benghazi select committee, which the left attempted to dismiss; the independent Judicial Watch organization, which submitted key Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests; and the thorough research of Peter Schweizer, who documented Clinton’s alleged conflicts of interests.

This time, the Clinton magic may not be able to save her.

HILLARY ‘TOP SECRET’ EMAILS FOUND-FBI SEIZES HARD DRIVES

A spokesman for Hillary Rodham Clinton’s presidential campaign says she has directed that the personal email server she used while serving as secretary of state be given to the Justice Department

Clinton spokesman Nick Merrill said Tuesday she has also directed her team to turn over a thumb drive containing copies of emails sent to and from a personal email address via that server to the Justice Department.

A U.S. official briefed on the matter who was not authorized to speak publicly says that Clinton’s lawyer, David Kendall, turned over three thumb drives after the FBI determined he couldn’t remain in possession of classified information contained in some of the emails.

The State Department has previously said it was comfortable with Kendall keeping the emails at his Washington law office.

THIS IS A BREAKING NEWS UPDATE. Check back soon for further information earlier story is below.

The FBI has taken possession of thumb drives containing Hillary Clinton’s emails, some of which have been deemed to contain highly sensitive classified information, according to a U.S. official briefed on the matter.

The official was not authorized to be quoted publicly and spoke on condition of anonymity.

Clinton’s lawyer, David Kendall, turned over the emails after the FBI determined that he could not remain in possession of the classified information, the official said. The State Department previously had said it was comfortable with Kendall keeping the emails at his Washington law office.

The news came as Sen. Charles Grassley said two of the emails, which traversed Clinton’s insecure home email server, were deemed “Top Secret, Sensitive Compartmented Information,” which is among the government’s highest classifications.

Grassley said the inspector general of the intelligence community had reported the new details about the higher classification to Congress on Tuesday.

Those two emails were among four that had previously been determined by the inspector general of the intelligence community to have been classified at the time they were sent. The State Department disputes that the emails were classified at the time.

The U.S. official said the FBI recovered at least two thumb drives containing the emails from Kendall. The drives contain around 30,000 emails that Clinton deemed work-related and turned over to the State Department. She destroyed thousands of others that she said were not work-related.

The inspector general for the Intelligence Committee told Congress that potentially hundreds of classified emails are among the cache that Clinton provided.

Former Secretary of State Clinton, a Democrat running for president, has faced criticism over her use of a private email address and home server for official business.

Her campaign and Kendall did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

The FBI is looking into the security of the Clinton email arrangement. There is no evidence she used encryption to shield the emails from foreign intelligence services or other prying eyes.

WASHINGTON

Great. The FBI. The folks that sell corn starch to retards who think they're buying bomb materials & then the FBI busts the retards for "terrorism" to keep their paychecks flowing.

This crap is all for show. Do you really think Obama is going to let the Justice Department send Hillary to jail?It will be whitewarshed just all the crimes in the Obama Administration that went no where but down the toilet. WAKE-UP.

Crime is merit in the circles of the global usury mafia.

HILLARY CLINTON REQUESTED BOOK WITH TIPS ON ‘HOW TO DELETE SOMETHING SO IT STAYS DELETED’

According to ABC News, the latest dump of Hillary Clinton’s emails released by the State Department reveals that the Democrat presidential frontrunner asked to borrow a book that contained tips on how to permanently delete your emails:

The last batch of Hillary Clinton emails released by the State Department included one from Clinton asking to borrow a book called “Send: Why People Email So Badly and How to Do It Better,” by David Shipley and Will Schwalbe. …

Take, for example, Chapter Six: “The Email That Can Land You In Jail.” The chapter includes a section entitled “How to Delete Something So It Stays Deleted.”

“Some people are hoarders, some are checkers,” the authors write. “The main thing to consider is that once you do decide to delete, it’s like taking the garbage from your kitchen and putting it in your hallway. It’s still there.”

While Secretary of State, Clinton violated government regulations by not only using a private email account for all of her government work, she also used a secret server stored in her New York home. Clinton then deleted more than 30,000 emails claiming they were all personal.

The FBI is now in control of the server.
