YouTube has deleted a lot of accounts, but they do not have plans to delete millions of accounts, that would cause millions of people if not hundreds of millions to boycott Google YouTube.
Creators are freaking out about YouTube’s new terms of service because of a clause that they’re interpreting to mean “Hey, deadbeat, kiss your content goodbye: it’s not making us enough money.”
This is the scary bit from a preview of the new ToS, which go into effect on 10 December 2019:
Well, sure they will, just maybe not right away. There's no percentage for them in hosting content they don't completely control. Keep the end game in mind. Like that scene from Seven Years in Tibet - the re-education camp, with shrill propaganda being blared 24/7 from speakers all around the camp.
If they were to target anyone it would be me, I have a bad habit of telling it like it is. But to just dump thousands of people or a million, would have a blow back, last time they pulled a stunt, YouTube got hacked big time...:)
They seem to have been spotty, maybe purposefully, leaving alone Mike Rivero, Tim Pool, styxhexenhammer, and others (so far). Perhaps to create a false image of fairness. I could be wrong about anything, but don't think that will last very much longer. Do you create videos? If so, I would like to see one.
Thank you! I have to make a cigarette run, also buy a couple parts for an insulated box house (4.5 feet by 20 inches by 20 inches) I'm putting on my front porch, where this stray cat that hangs around can warm up and catch a meal. I'm putting two 40 watt incandescent bulbs in for heat, and am going to paint them black with high-temp (grill) spray paint (so it can sleep inside). But I'll watch it when I get back.
Very nice! Thank you.
