Relief From Chemtrail Respiratory Distress and More
One of the most common complaints after chemtrails being dispersed is respiratory problems. I have personally experienced this.
In fact I find that a pretty reliable indication of over-night chemtrail spraying is that I wake with a rough, sore feeling in my lungs and coughing also at times. I sleep with my window open to keep the room cooler and for 'fresh air' ... if there actually is any of that anymore. So my exposure on those nights they are bug spraying us is evident.
Something I discovered some time ago that helped alot with a heavy chest cold gives me almost immediate relief on those mornings and I'd like to share that with those of you experiencing similar aggravation from chemtrails and even normal pollutants in an urban setting. Best of all is that this is entirely natural ... something I am a big fan of.
This is a simple recipe anyone can make in just a few minutes and the ingredients are very inexpensive. The most difficult part of making this is the need to have a source of pure, natural herbs. I'm fortunate to have a store nearby ... you may have to look online if you have no local source.
The basic ingredient is an herb called Lungwort, which has been used in herbal healing for centuries. This is the ingredient that is especially beneficial for easing lung aggravation. You could use this herb alone.
However I like to maximize benefits so I add Stinging Nettle to my pot for it's benefits.
For a little sweetening I personally like Stevia (raw herb) ... honey works well too as does pure maple syrup (the REAL stuff) ... but a sweetener is purely an optional thing according to your own preference.
So here is my personal recipe:
I hope you get the same relief as I do from this.
Also, remember that this will also help when you have a chest cold as it helps break up mucus making it easier to expel.
Til next time
