(Tess Pennington) I am inspired by the very definition of self-reliance: to be reliant on one’s own capabilities, judgment, or resources. Ultimately, it is the epitome of independence and lays the groundwork of what we are all striving for – to live a life based on our personal principles and beliefs.

It is a concept rooted in the groundwork that made America great. Being dependent on our own capabilities and resources helped create a strong, plentiful country for so long. That said, the existing country as it is now is entirely different than when it began.

Why Are We So Dependent?

It is much too complicated to get into how the “system” was created. That said, the purpose is to enslave through debt and to create an interdependence that will force you and your family to never truly find the freedom you are seeking. It manipulates and convinces you to continue purchasing as a sort of status symbol to make you think you are living the good life; while all along, it has enslaved you further. Wonder why we have all of these holidays where you have to buy gifts? The system needs to be fed and forces you into further enslavement. If you don’t buy into this facilitated spending spree, you are socially shamed.

Collectively speaking, the contribution from our easy lifestyle and comfort level has created rampant complacency and a population of dependent, self-entitled mediocres. We no longer count on our sound judgement, capabilities and resources. The system keeps everything in working order so we don’t have to depend on ourselves, and furthermore, don’t want to. I realize that many of the readers here do not fall into this collectivism, as you see through the ideological facade and know that the system is fragile and can crumble.

Breaking away from the system is the only way to avoid the destruction of when it comes crumbling down. When you don’t feed into the manipulation tactics of the system, or enslave yourself to debt, and possess the necessary skills to sustain yourself and your family when large-scale or personal emergencies arise, you will be far better off than those who were dependent on the system. Those who lived during the Great Depression grew up in a time when self-reliance was bred into them and were able to deal with the blow of an economic depression much easier. Which side of this would you want to be on? Those who had the patience to learn the necessary skills, ended up surviving more favorably compared to others who went through the trying times of the Depression.

Develop Personal Dependence

Now is the time to get your hands dirty, to practice a new mindset, skills, make mistakes and keep learning. Developing personal dependence is no easy feat and requires resolute will power to continue on this long and rambling path. To achieve this you have to begin to break away from the confines of the system. You don’t have to run off to the woods to be the lone wolf. Simply by asking yourself, “Will your choices and the way you spend your time lead to more independence down the road, or will it lead to greater dependence?”, will help you gain a greater perspective into being self-reliant. As well, consider ignoring the convenient system altogether. This will help you to detach yourself from complacency and stretch your abilities and your mindset.

Most of us can’t move to an off grid location. We have responsibilities that keep us from doing so. Therefore, live according to what is best for you and your family (common sense, I know) and do what you can. My family and I moved to the rural countryside four years ago to pursue a more self-reliant lifestyle. We learned many lessons along the way and are proud of where we are. Am I 100% self-reliant? No. But, I am venturing closer to living more self-reliantly with each skill I learn. Many of my little homesteading, off-grid ventures can be read about here.

Here’s What You Can Do:

1. Inform Yourself – Understand that there are events on the horizon, some large-scale and some personal that could wreak havoc on your quest toward a self-reliant lifestyle. Informing yourself and planning for them will be your best in staying ahead of the issue.

2. Learn Skills – When you can depend on your skills to support you and your family’s life, then the outside world doesn’t affect you as much. When large groups of people in a general area possess self-reliant skills, it makes your community stronger.

3. Get Out of Debt – It is paramount that each of us begin actively practicing economic self-discipline. Many believe that because of the ease in money confiscations from the banks, you shouldn’t have all of your money stashed there. Diversifying your money and investing in long-term ways to preserve your wealth will ensure you have multiple ways to pay the bills.

8. Make Your Own Supplies – You have everything around you to survive, but many can’t look outside of the box to see how they can use what they have to survive. Having versatile preparedness supplies saves space and can serve multiple uses that can double up as ingredients to make soaps, medical supplies, etc.

9. Use Up What You Already Have or Find Another Use – Being self-reliant means using up what already have. This is a crucial principle of being self-dependent. Saving leftover construction supplies, food, clothing, etc., can be reused for another day.

12. Grow Your Own Food – The cost of making healthy decisions about the food we put into our body is eating our budgets alive. We want the very best foods for our family, but buying solely organic products can be costly. All the while, you are questioning the legitimacy of this produce. Is it genetically modified? Where was this grown? Was it exposed to salmonella or another food-borne pathogens? What was the type of water used to grow it? There comes a time when you want to throw your hands up and shout, “That’s it, I’m doing this myself.”

13. Be Flexible – I often tell those who are preparing that the single most important thing you can do is continue to be flexible in your preparedness efforts. Doing so gives you leeway in your planning and backup planning, as well as helps you move more fluidly through the aftermath. This concept can be applied in non-emergencies, as well. Self-reliance can help us be more flexible in our life and our decisions.

14. Barter Better – Bartering for goods and services was the first currency that went around. Let’s be honest, everyone is up for a good deal. Using self-reliant skills, you can use these as leverage in bartering. As well, having a surplus of survival/preparedness items can also help you make good bartering deals.

15. Teach Your Kids – We must teach our children how to be more mindful and self-reliant. After all, we do not want to continue the cycle of having a dependent, self-entitled population. By informing them, we are setting them upon a self-sustaining path for life.

How Farmers Markets Can Teach Your Kids the Values of Local Food and Community Building

We must come to the understanding that there is no true safety net for us to fall into; it’s up to ourselves to get us out trouble. How easily you land depends on how reliant you were to begin with. Adopting certain concepts as your new life’s code will help you on your path.

Many of us share a common goal: to be free from the shackles of the system. This goal doesn’t come over night. You have to work at it, invest in it and ultimately, change your way of thinking. The point is, we are all at different places in our preparedness efforts, so don’t get discouraged! Continue on the pace, keep learning and step-by-step, you inch closer and closer to that goal.

There have been multiple civilian sightings of strange planes landing at American Air Force bases, all carrying UN troops and/or having UN markings (or none). My husband, a Vietnam vet, has been back and forth to Overton-Brooks VA Medical Hospital three times a week this month. Barksdale Air Force Base, one of the most secure Strategic Air Command (SAC) bases in the nation, has had unusual C-130s or C-136s fly into Barksdale AFB and land at all hours. The interstate runs in front of the side and front of the base and is clearly visible with no restraints. (Barksdale is where President George W. Bush landed on 9/11, it is such a safe, secure, and well-guarded installation.) These flights have been reported by other citizens and several of the military men who work inside the base have reported that the UN troops are given US military clothing and name tags. When our servicemen question this, the soldiers are told they did NOT see what they just saw. Base operations refused to confirm or deny or discuss these sightings.

Lately, rumors and reports regarding the presence of foreign troops in the US working with our armed forces have been hitting public awareness. Originally government sources denied these reports, but now official reports are confirming what eye witnesses had been reporting. (www.SaveAmericaFoundation.com) Russia herself confirms that the Obama administration has requested 15,000 Russian troops to train with FEMA in the event of a SHTF scenario, particularly in the Washington D.C., Maryland, and Virginia area.

The question is why? It appears that foreign troops are working with US troops, practicing on urban warfare, civil unrest, and civil disturbance scenarios. In Colorado, rumors of Russian troops practicing to deal with terrorist raids and martial law scenarios have been proven correct by our own US armed forces. Peterson AFB in Colorado is another base being used.

This is a good use for the solar panel used on the huge amounts of garden LED lights around, coupled to a portable radio that runs off 2 or 3 AA cells.

Most of us have an old radio lying around, so I based the $5 price on the cost of purchasing/ acquiring a solar powered garden L.E.D light.
I suspect there are plenty of scrap ones lying around, not working because of slightly corroded battery terminals in damp environments – the solar panel will probably be perfect….

With this Instructable I have left my radio on now for 4 weeks, (12 hours a day) while I work and it has never let me down, even at a reasonable high volume level.

You could either leave the solar radio out on a sunny wind sill as I do or leave it in the sun outdoors – every so often to recharge the battery’s.

What you will require:

1. A portable radio, AM/FM or DAB, (2AA or 3AA battery type).
2. One 4 or 4.5v 80 mA solar panel, prised off from a Solar Light.
3. ideally a BAT43 Schottky diode or Silicone IN4001 (more voltage loss)
4. soldering iron, solder and red and black cable 6″ lengths.
5. 2 or 3 NiMh rechargeable batteries (NiCd are ok but not as good) minimum capacity 800 mAh per battery.

Optional – heat shrink sleeving, Adhesive foam strip

This is a very quick project, that can be made in about 2 hours, and helps save the planet

Removing solar panel from Garden light

Please choose a solar panel that has 8 solar strips that run the entire width of the panel – some cheaper panels only have 4 strips or are cut down, you will need the full 8 strips to provide the 4.5v 80 mA output.
Remove the clear plastic lens and metal rim from the garden light, it’s usually a push fit and easy to get off.
Using a screwdriver, carefully prise the panel away from the lights body, it is adhered on with some type of glue – BE CAREFUL.
Cut the connector wire and remove the panel completely.

Connecting up the radio

Some radios have a power input socket for mains adapters, mine did but it was an odd size (Sony).
This option makes connecting the panel more easy, just connect a suitable jack plug to the solar panel (using a blocking diode) and that’s it, check polarity is correct!

I decided to hard wire my solar panel, here is how I approached it.

1. Remove the rear panel of radio, and with the battery’s in situ, using a multimeter identify the positive and negative connections (where the battery’s would connect to). Make sure the multimeter doesn’t indicate a negative value, you have the positive and negative probes the wrong way around if so.

2. Solder the 6″ lengths of red (to positive) and black (to neutral).

3. drill a small hole in the plastic to allow the two wires to exit the back of the radios panel when reassembled.

Solar Panel and blocking diode

You will have to solder a BAT43 or IN4100 blocking diode to the positive terminal on the solar panel.
The BAT43 Schottky type diode is better because it has a lower voltage loss, (about 0.3v) particularly important if you are charging 3 battery’s like me.

The diode prevents any reverse current from the battery’s happening when there is low light.

Please make sure the white or black ‘band’ faces away from the solar panel, you can check if you have connected the diode the correct way around by using a multimeter set to mA’s or volts and see if there is any output in bright light from the panel, if not the diode needs connecting the other way around.

Final assembly

Using a piece of double sided foam adhesive tape you can position the solar panel centrally onto the radio.
Fortunately my Sony radio had a positionable stand that was ideal to mount the panel on, however if your radio doesn’t you could position it on the top of the radio.

Solder up the positive and negative wires from the radio to the solar panel, and use heat shrink tubing or insulation tape to cover any bare joints.

it works well. I used to work at my computer all day listening to my stand-alone stereo system that used over 40 watts of mains power just to listen to the radio…
This lasts forever and uses no energy……..

The terms insurgency and counterinsurgency can quickly become confusing in a politically motivated context. However, generally speaking, an insurgency seeks to overthrow an established institution or political order, while a counterinsurgency seeks to maintain that order. In the United States, and around much of the world where the nation-state still prevails, the established order is one of national sovereignty based on constitutions and charters produced by each respective nation, with an infrastructure built and improved upon over generations by each nation’s respective cultures, economic activites, and innovations. There is an insurgency to subvert all of this. A global corporate-financier insurgency, or simply a “corporate-insurgency.” The corporate-insurgency seeks to subvert our institutions, starting with the family, extending to our schools, universities, churches, temples and mosques, our local sheriff, and even reaching into our national governments, rewriting or eradicating altogether our national constitutions and charters. It has, to a great extent, already subverted our independent local infrastructure, while implementing laws and regulations to prevent us from restoring it. We have the very tactics described in a vast library of government and military counterinsurgency documents being employed against us, where ever we are and to a profound effect.

“Insurgency is the organized use of subversion and violence to seize, nullify or challenge political control of a region. As such, it is primarily a political struggle, in which both sides use armed force to create space for their political, economic and influence activities to be effective. Insurgency is not always conducted by a single group with a centralized, military-style command structure, but may involve a complex matrix of different actors with various aims, loosely connected in dynamic and non-hierarchical networks. To be successful, insurgencies require charismatic leadership, supporters, recruits, supplies, safe havens and funding (often from illicit activities). They only need the active support of a few enabling individuals, but the passive acquiescence of a large proportion of the contested population will give a higher probability of success. This is best achieved when the political cause of the insurgency has strong appeal, manipulating religious, tribal or local identity to exploit common societal grievances or needs. Insurgents seek to gain control of populations through a combination of persuasion, subversion and coercion while using guerrilla tactics to offset the strengths of government security forces. Their intent is usually to protract the struggle, exhaust the government and win sufficient popular support to force capitulation or political accommodation. Consequently, insurgencies evolve through a series of stages, though the progression and outcome will be different in almost every case.” - page 7 U.S. Government Counterinsurgency Guide, 2009

While this above quote is a most accurate description of an insurgency, as one reads the US Government Counterinsurgency Guide (2009), they will realize that the opposing methods of counterinsurgency itself involve all of these same factors, simply mirrored and reflecting the interests of the US versus the interests of targeted “insurgencies.”

As a matter of fact, what is described by the 2009 counterinsurgency (COIN) guide, is an accurate description of how political control has been achieved and maintained by all governments throughout the entirety of human history – it also forms the foundation of modern empire. Understanding this is key to finding solutions when one finds themselves under the subjugation of an unfavorable political ideology or system. The tactics the guide describes can, and often are, used by either side in any political struggle, not necessarily only in an armed “insurgency.”

COIN is a socioeconomic-tactical synthesis, an interdisciplinary strategy based on an understanding of how a society functions, how to organize human resources to multiple force, and what needs and desires motivate individuals, as well as how these can be manipulated and controlled to collectively motivate a society. These more technical concepts are generally absent from everyday political discourse, and equally absent or incomplete in regards to finding solutions for a failing or unfavorable system.

I talk a lot about protecting yourself and your family by hiding the fact that you are taking intelligent steps to prepare breakdowns in civil order. Keeping food storage, camping gear, and firearms out of sight are all smart and necessary steps to take.

But what happens if you still end up being the target of violence? If you believe in defending yourself from lethal threats with firearms, will you always be able to get to it and use it in time? Sometimes you have to fight JUST to get to your weapons.

What if you are in DC, Chicago, at the Post Office, out of the country, at court, at the gym, having a drink with friends, on an airplane, or simply at home in the shower or wrestling with kids/grandkids?

Heck, you might even get off one shot only to have your firearm not cycle properly because of getting caught up in clothes and be forced to switch to using your hands.

Or, being that it’s the 11th anniversary of the September 11th attacks, what if you and your empty hands are all that’s standing between a terrorist or active shooter and their goal of maximum tragedy?

In short, you really need to have the ability to take out an attacker just as fast with your bare hands as if you had your firearm or any other weapon in your hand–regardless of your size, age, strength, or speed.

That’s why, for almost 16 years, I’ve been using Tim Larkin’s Target Focus Training as part of my personal armed and unarmed combattives training.

Tim’s got a very special offer for my readers this week that’s WAY less than anything I’ve been able to offer you before. You can go right to it >HERE< or keep reading.

This isn’t “martial arts” or “sport fighting.” There’s nothing pretty or artistic about it. It is simply a raw, proven system for quickly turning off the lights of a violent attacker. In fact, most martial arts schools, self defense schools and mixed martial arts competitions have outlawed almost every technique that Tim teaches.

Why outlaw techniques that work?

We self-reliant types spend our days working on our weapons, food, bug-out bags, and my personal favorite, medical supplies. Granted, these are very important, but having all of these in place will do little good if you ignore two things: Your feet.

Foot health is not just for the local bunion chiseler; it’s a priority for a shot at survival for the long term. The military has known this for a long time, and they take foot care seriously. Think about it this way: You may be required to do some major running at very short notice in a survival situation. Do you really want to do that running with those hiking boots you’ve never broken in?

If you don’t take of your feet, your feet won’t take care of you. Unless you are Cody Lundin or Fred Flintstone, some major thought should be given to how to keep your dogs from howling in times of trouble. Therefore, it pays to take a class called Foot Care 101. If you pay attention, it’s an easy A.

Your first lesson is taken from the book “Common Sense for Dummies”: Make sure your boots fit well. Many foot problems originate in poorly-fitting shoes. There are lots of different brands of boots out there, and there is no time limit at the store for trying them on. This is probably the most important article of clothing that you’ll own in a collapse situation, so spend the time to get the best fit.............................

Heavier boots, like steel-toed, are great if you’re chopping wood (you get to keep all ten of your toes) but are heavy. Remember that an extra pound of weight in your boot is like 5 extra pounds of weight on your back. Getting soft, flexible uppers will help. In wet climates, waterproof materials like Gore-Tex are your friends.......................................

I’ve recently finished reading a book by Gavin De Becker called The Gift of Fear. While book reviews are something we don’t often cover on ITS, this is a book that I not only feel each of you should read immediately, but that every member of your family should read as well.

This is hands down, one of the best books I’ve ever read and the most applicable to any of the skill-sets we advocate here on ITS. Primarily, what we all encounter on a daily basis, fear of the unknown.

De Becker describes this fear of the unknown as unwarranted and a curse, while advocating true fear as a gift. This book explains how to tell the difference between the two and teaches us how to trust and act on our gut instincts. This book could truly save your life!

Gavin De Becker

I’d like to take a paragraph to introduce De Becker and what makes him an authority on the subject at hand, because like you, I was skeptical until I started reading the book, which has become a bible for me personally.

“Gavin De Becker is a three-time presidential appointee whose pioneering work has changed the way our government evaluates threats to our nation’s highest officials. His firm advises many of the world’s most prominent media figures, corporations and law enforcement agencies on predicting violence and it also serves regular citizens who are victims of domestic abuse and stalking.

De Becker has advised the prosecution on major cases, including the O.J. Simpson murder trial. He has testified before many legislative bodies and has successfully proposed new laws to help manage violence.”

His biography might read well, but I’m here to tell you that this doesn’t even scratch the surface of what information he brings to the public with The Gift of Fear or what his organization, Gavin De Becker, Inc., has done to help through their vast resources and organizations they support.

The Gift of Fear

Around two years ago I wrote an article titled Dealing With Violent Confrontations and have even recently shared my experience with a fear inducing incident of my own. What I have always and will always advocate, is trusting your gut (i.e. listening to your instinct.)

I picked The Gift of Fear up after the recent incident I mentioned, because I wanted to learn more about what I experienced and how I handled the situation. While I had a lot of supportive comments and people sharing stories of their own fear inducing experiences, there were also many that wrote it off as nothing more than American paranoia.

Through reading The Gift of Fear, I’ve found an authoritative voice stating that I did exactly what I should have in that incident. Put manners aside, quieted my mind and listened to my instinct. While it’s hard to address feelings and emotions, let alone instinct, in the article I described my response to an unidentified man who quickly and feverishly approached my personal space. I’ll let you read the article for yourself if you haven’t yet.

TOTAL COLLAPSE

Can you Survive!

We must all face the true facts of life and know we are never truly prepared to survive a total collapse in the United States. Unless your wading in greenback there is no way you could afford everything to assist your survival in the future. As we are bombarded with survival crap that just makes the sellers rich and in the long run does nothing for your survival. I am not saying it is all hogwash but the majority of the crap you pay top dollar for you can make in a few minutes or do not really need.

One of the best items you can invest in is sitting on top of your shoulders. Its called the brain and rest in your head. So one of the first things of survival is don't lose it. By that I mean your head. When you lose control of your head which is also called panic you lose the ability to use your brain and that means you lose logic. When you lose your brain you die or get seriously hurt.

If I may I would like to express a example of losing your head and logic. Coming home from work one evening I arrived at my parents house to pick up my wife and daughters. My mother and wife were standing on the front porch and screaming their head off and all I saw was my youngest girl hanging out the front storm door with glass all around her. The house was old and I don't think it had a ounce of safety glass in it. As I approached my daughter I lifted her leg off the jagged glass and carried her away from the glass. I could see she had been bleeding badly as there was a pool of blood on the floor. As I looked at the would to access the situation I could see it was a large gash as her muscle was protruding from her leg. So I told my wife to get it together and get me two white towels and mad one into a compress and the other a tight wrap around the compress. I grabbed her up and we rushed her to the ER. The point I am stressing here is that because my wife and mother panic and lost their head my daughters leg remained on the glass and could have done serious damage. Instead she just ended up with a large scar on the back of her leg. It also helped because I had been a ambulance technician and cross trained in the military as a medic. But even if I was not trained keeping you head together and proceed with the logical steps anyone could have least helped her instead of just standing around. Was I scared? For sure but keeping my cool kept my daughter calm and even calmed down the two screaming maniacs around me. After I got her in the doctors hands I just went outside to collect my thoughts and relieve the tension I held in.

Sometimes you say I could never do that but you can if you keep your head. Trust me there are times you just cannot as one time when I had to go to a ambulance call where a drugged mother threw her baby out the window of a four story building. I lost it that day and went after the mother. But through the days of military training and a great martial arts teacher who was also my friend I learned total control and trust me it works.

Once you have mastered the art of keeping your head the next objective is to prioritize your actions. What is the most important thing I can do and what can wait. A native American Indian from New york once told me a saying of what his views of the American people. He said”you are all sitting in a canoe and it has a hole in the bottom and heading for the falls. We have a paddle and a tin can in the canoe and we keep balling out the water so ewe don't drown” It took me a moment to understand what he was saying but it is what I mean we need to see what is important and not what will fix the moment. Sure we keep bailing the water so we don't drown but what the heck the falls is gonna kill you, so use the paddles and you won't have to worry about either. I always found it a wise thought even if he had a hot temper.

Most of the time what is just in front of us instead of looking at the big picture. I always say every action has a reaction. By this I mean when I make a plan of action what will be the consequences, and what could be the outcome. If you do this you keep from putting yourself in spots that could cause you harm.

So your probably just what could happen in a total collapse. It would probably be easier to say what would not happen but I will touch on a few softly as I plan to submit follow up to this initial post on the subject. I might start by saying take a look around you and 90% of the stuff you see you will no longer see anymore. Then look at each item and see how it effects you way of living. And then think of all the thing that one little thing effects everyone and what it would be without it. When I mean 90% that leaves 10% if you lucky with that. That 10% includes what you have around you at that moment. In the closet in my bedroom sits a pack with food and clothes and a few survival items and that is my 10%. If a collapse happen tomorrow that would be my life. Hopefully I can drive my vehicle for a while as far as I can but I do not count on it. By the way I always have at least ¾ of a tank of gas for such an emergency. I know my routes and I know my objectives and this is my aim. I will go deeper in the topics to come.

Lets look at a major item and that would be communications. Phone service and that includes cell service would cease to exist. Television and radios would cease except to tell you to stay put and wait for further reports. Think about this a moment. You in the flash of a short time would lose all communication abilities with you family, friends and comrades. In a total collapse this is a given as they do not want people to organize or have a way to communicate the facts but what they want you to know. Just with this loss alone would make you feel deserted. I know it would bother me if I could not get a hold of my daughters to make sure they was okay. Solution have a plan ahead of time id communications fail as to what they should do.

Remember I mentioned television on how that would be controlled. Have you ever wondered why we went to digital from analog. Well for one it is more controllable as it is over the wires not through the airways where someone could broadcast out of a basement in an emergency. No with just a flick of a switch they control the broadcasting. Radio is now controlled by Clear Channel. Ye4s some pirates can still broadcast but unless you have a ham or close to the station you get nothing.

I want to go into more area in which you will affected such a fuel and food but I will save that for the next posts. Right know you must learn to be able to control your actions and keep your head. And one of the things I cannot stress enough is to read. Read books on self reliance, farming, gardening any thing that you wish to do and I stress learn how they did it the old way. There will be plenty of tractors but no fuel to run them so learn how to hitch a plow to a horse and how to operate a hoe. Learn how to make things. What I have done is put thousands of books and reports on CD and have them in my pack. You might say well without power how are you going to view the CD's Ah la go to Radio Shack and buy a small solar unit that will charge my notebook so I can view the CD of the topic I need. If my notebook gets damaged I am sure most people will leave them behind since there will be no power. If that fails my personal upbringing on a farm will allow me to be self sufficient enough to survive even with that I constantly try new things like making wine and beer and cheese. Just the other day I made my own ravioli which I have never done.

Before I go another item I have instituted is I have made a notebook and if you ever saw one of those troubleshooting guides they are like a what if guide. Pages are set up to diagnose what if and I used this method in a crisis base what if. What if a hurricane. What it the nuke plant warns us, what if well you get the picture. Its not that hard and when the crises hits you can take a quick look and follow a procedure and if you give a cop to your family they will be on the same page as you.. For instance my girls know if a collapse happens we meet at a certain place and go from there and that place is in their book. If a hurricane is forecast we all do this.

Well I hope you got a few pointer and I will certainly post more as I expand on this subject. Until we meet again
Dr. Bill Deagle; 26Th August 2011-East Coast EQ Caused By Underground Nuking-1 to 3tag:12160.info,2011-08-31:2649739:Topic:6208942011-08-31T15:27:25.098ZShieldBreakerhttps://12160.info/profile/HarvSherwood
