I do not like using confidential sources without a strong degree of outside collaboration. However, the information contained in this report is so dire and so immediate, I do not feel that it is prudent to sit on this information any longer. This article will be brief and to the point. I am confident that once I air what I know on this very grim topic, the floodgates are going to open and I will shortly be running more articles with newly revealed information from sources that have not yet gone public.

Briefly, when I run a story based upon confidential, insider information, I almost alway have some degree of independent confirmation which adds to the veracity of the report. However, in this instance my independent confirmation is limited. As far as I know, John Moore and Paul Martin have much of this information as well.

John Moore and I spoke on the phone yesterday and we agreed on the importance of maintaining source anonymity because not only could careers be lost, but so could lives. Therefore, the following report will be purposely vague as to the location of involved bases, unless permission has been given to reveal such, as well as the identity, rank and position of reporting sources.

Will You Fire On American People If Ordered to Do So?

Recently, at Fort Bragg, a military security officer was asked if he would fire on American soldiers if told to do so? This information is a little more specific because the firing will soon be made public, so I can be a little more detailed in the reporting. When this officer answered in the negative, he was promptly fired. The source for this information is John Moore. He knows the position of the person involved and much more detail that we cannot reveal at this point. I agreed to this anonymity before publishing this article. This event is less than a week old.

At Fort Carson, I know that at least two officers have been fired who were training with Russian soldiers on the base for answering the question in the negative. This event is about six weeks old.

In another location, a housekeeper for a base commander was told late last year that she should make plans to be as isolated as possible because “troops would soon be on the street”. We now know that this base commander was referencing the upcoming Jade Helm drills. Last December when I was provided this information, the public and the media had never heard of Jade Helm including myself. I was told that the base commander felt personally threatened because he was soon going to be asked to do things that he was not sure that he could carry out. I know the identity of the housekeeper, the base commander and the base. Fox News might give this source up for the sake of ratings, but I will not because of the possible consequences.

A trusted State Department employee told me a close friend that he has in which the person was training with the military in Texas. He was so horrified by what he saw in the training and what was going to be done to the American people that this person is looking to leave the country. He probably knows that when the Blue List carries out actions against the Red List, the Blue List does not live to talk about it.

On April 28, 2015, I published an anonymous letter from a Texas Ranger who said they were bracing for attacks from ISIS and that the Judicial Watch revelations of an ISIS base camp near El Paso was indeed accurate.

About a week after the Texas Ranger revelation, Pam Geller’s “Draw a Prophet” event was attacked by two members of ISIS in Garland, Texas, just at the Texas Ranger predicted.

On July 4th, the FBI announced that it was investigating 56 possible ISIS led terrorist events inside of the United States. Again, this bears out the veracity of the Texas Ranger communication.

This past week, a well-planned and clearly an ISIS motivated attack was carried out in Chattanooga in which five service men were killed. Again, as predicted, ISIS is running rampant. ISIS has promised to murder as man American servicemen as possible.

These events lead to the next set of insider revelations which are highly significant.

Why Are American Military Being Systematically Disarmed

Our American soldiers are being made targets for ISIS. More importantly, we are just beginning to see that domestically based American forces are being systematically disarmed unit by unit because they cannot be trusted to not defend American citizens.

John Moore, Paul Martin, two other unidentified sources, and myself, have information that select domestic American military units are being forced to turn in their ammunition. In light of the Chattanooga attacks and the promise of ISIS to murder American servicemen, this is making select members of the military a sitting duck. However, and more importantly, it is the belief of many that I speak with that these units are being disarmed because of the fact that these units would not only refuse to obey illegal orders to fire on American citizens, they would oppose those forces that would. I expect that the number of disarmed American troops will grow as will the purges of officers who will not go along with the subjugation of the American people.

One report that I have been in possession of for six weeks says that American soldiers training with Russians at Ft. Carson have been disarmed while the Russian soldiers have not. It is well known that these Russians, who speak perfect English are being trained for martial law enforcement inside of the United States.

Conclusion

There is no real conclusion to this story. These events are the precursor to a brutal civil war. No doubt that this article will open the floodgates of more information on this topic.

The Tyranny That Is the NFL

The NFL season is just over two months away. The NFL’s actions in this past season dictates that all freedom-loving Americans will boycott this globalist serving organization. This article demonstrates how the NFL is an extension of the TSA, DHS and the globalist agenda in general.

The new NFL policies are something right out of the Pol Pot regime. In some stadiums, women cannot enter the same entrance as men and children. This is FEMA camp training. The American public is being conditioned to the fact that the state owns your bodies and your freedoms. Carefully examine the following sign.

At Arrowhead Stadium, home to the NFL Kansas City Chiefs, we see the segregation of women from other fans entering the stadium. Now, why would the officials at Arrowhead Stadium institute such a policy? Simple, they are conditioning the public to accept being separated from one another. What my insider sources tell me is that the future martial law detention camps will consist of men in one camp, women in another and children in a third camp.

In addition, the NFL is promoting various globalist agendas such as gun control, and they are doing so with our money. The NFL has come to represent a new era of in-your-face-tyranny. Soon, the following picture will be played out in American stadiums all across our country.

The NFL and Its Globalist Agenda

The NFL now represents the antithesis of everything that comprises the backbone of traditional American values. I love the game of football. Football was one of the sports that I grew up playing and I later coached the sport as a former head coach in the high school ranks prior to moving to coach college basketball. I thoroughly enjoyed the competition at every level both as a player and a coach. However, the NFL has taken all the fun out of the game, because the league spouts the mantra of the globalist forces which seeks to enslave us.

Meet the NFL, the New TSA

The NFL is the current trend setter in the indoctrination of the American people into living under total martial law. The NFL is indeed the new TSA.

The National Football League has instituted new security rules at all stadiums which bans certain items. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to: Purses larger than a clutch bag, coolers, briefcases, backpacks, fanny packs, cinch bags, seat cushions, luggage of any kind, computer bags and camera bags or any bag larger than the permissible size.” And, they have granted themselves the “right” to touch you anywhere, in their enhanced pat downs from the ankles and above. Welcome to the TSA’s Police State America, NFL style.

FEMA Has No Shortage of New Places for Us to Take Up Residence

In September of 2011, Simon Properties, the largest owners of malls in North America inked a deal with DHS to allow their malls to be used as detention centers in times of “national emergency”. We are already seeing this handiwork in evidence!

And several of the schools even got into the act.

DHS has followed suit with their plans to use sports facilities as detention centers (i.e. FEMA camps).

Every NFL Stadium Is a FEMA Camp In Hiding

In September of 2011, Simon Properties, the largest owners of malls in North America inked a deal with DHS to allow their malls to be used as detention centers in times of “national emergency”. DHS has followed suit with their plans to use sports facilities as detention centers (i.e. FEMA camps).

DHS and FEMA have even rehearsed for martial law detentions at various sports stadiums. The most well-known of these “rehearsed” events took place in Denver.

On September 23, 2011, the Department of Homeland Security and FEMA conducted a disaster drill in Denver, Colorado that they called Operation Mountain Guardian. The plan was all-inclusive and basically shut down the Denver metropolitan area including Denver International Airport, many malls, many schools and several other public venues including Sports Authority Field where the Denver Broncos play professional football. Why didn’t this event put people in the streets by the tens of thousands? To rub salt in the wound a similar drill was conducted at Giants Stadium in New York in the same year.

As a part of the drill, several bus loads of school children were taken to Sports Authority Field along with their teachers. Surrogate parents were hired by FEMA to attempt to pick up their children at the stadium. The training was apparently a desensitization exercise for security personnel designed to refuse demands to pick up their children from these “pretend” parents. The real parents of these children were not properly notified that their children would be transported to the stadium and would be a part of this disaster drill. As a parent, I would have a major problem with the non-notification of the relocation of children. I find this ironic, because before a school child is allowed to go on a field trip, their parents and teachers are required to fill out a multiple list of permission forms that must be signed by parent or guardian of the child. This is a sign of things to come courtesy of FEMA and DHS and they are using your children as leverage in order to gain your compliance.

As if this is not bad enough, the NFL and DHS have previously announced their Super Bowl security measures which began in 2012. These includethe Stasi policy at that Super Bowl, in which thousands of stadium vendors were taught how to spot “potential terrorist activities” during a mandated TSA training program. Fans were also subjected to full body pat downs, a policy ordered by the DHS in 2011. Every fan who attends any future Super Bowl will not only have their genitals touched, but will also have their food ex-rayed along with their bodies. At this year’s Super Bowl, even a fan’s food will be X-rayed. This is insane!

The People React

In an Arizona Republic newspaper article (8/18/2013, B1, B6), people weighed in on the new NFL policies.

Sue Kish, 48, while attending an Arizona Cardinals game, found that she and her two daughters were told that their clear plastic container, designed to replace her banned purse, was too large and she would have to return her belongings to her car. Kish proceeded back to her car with her two daughters in tow. All three expressed frustration including her daughter, Natalie, as she asked if she had to “…put our tampons in a clear plastic bag? (Az Republic, B1).” Natalie gets it. Some people get it, but most Americans don’t, as they continue to tolerate the increasing level of tyranny in this country as evidenced by the following quote made by Heather Gunderson, an Arizona Cardinals season-ticket holder, who was quoted in the Arizona Republic about her response to the new invasive NFL security rules.

“It is kind of a nuisance…but I do understand the rule. It’s a whole new world, and you’ve got to follow the rules and regulations and be safe”.

<img class=" wp-image-6845 aligncenter" src="http://www.thecommonsenseshow.com/siteupload/2014/01/sheep-tlb.jpg" alt=""We are proud to be trading liberty for pseudo-security"." width="491" height="368"/>

Obviously, Ms. Gunderson never grasped the teachings of Ben Franklin and the folly of trading liberty for security in her high school history class. Henderson is correct about one thing: it is a whole new world, as in the New World Order. The Gunderson quote is typical of our citizen sheep and her views represents why I believe we are losing our country. We have largely lost the ability to think for ourselves. Most of our people fail to appreciate where America is heading. Clearly, our national tyranny meters are turned off. Oh, I know, we have to worry about the terrorists. Since the first casualty on the war on terror has been the Constitution, I think we have pretty much lost that war.

The people that acquiesce to this tyranny would likely tell you that America is the best nation in the world. If you are a sheep, you probably believe the old Bush propaganda when he said “they” hate us because of our freedoms. Really?

How many terrorists have these Stasi practices and tyrannical policies caught? That answer would be ZERO!

The NFL Is An Extension of the DHS and the NSA

In September of 2011, then Secretary of DHS, Janet Napolitano, announced new partnerships between the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) “If You See Something, Say Something” public awareness campaign and several sports organizations as well as various colleges and universities. Partnerships include National Football League (NFL) teams, Major League Baseball (MLB) teams, the U.S. Open Tennis Championships (USTA), Ohio State University and the University of Oklahoma. Recently, the National Hockey League and The National Basketball Association was added to the list. In addition, and just like Simon Properties, the largest owner of malls and strip malls in North America, who signed an agreement with DHS to all their facilities to double as FEMA detention camps, all major sports leagues and stadiums have done the the same

Let’s make no mistake about it, that this is a citizen spy program which is reminiscent of the same entity implemented by East German Stasi, resulting in the persecution of hundreds of thousands of East German citizens. Should it come as a surprise to anyone since former Stasi chief, Markus Wolf, was paid $5 million dollars to set up DHS?

NFL Uses Taxpayer Money to Promote Obamacare

Despite the fact that Obamacare is floundering, it has not stopped the administration and the NFL from shamelessly promoting the already failed healthcare system.

In a “Sponsorship Agreement” between the Maryland Health Connection and the NFL football team, the Baltimore Ravens, the state of Maryland, with taxpayer money, previously paid the 2012 Super Bowl champs $130,000 to shamelessly promote Obamacare on television, radio, the team’s official website, in its newsletter and in social media.

The NFL Has Become the New Gun Confiscation Lobby

Who will ever forget as sportscaster and pseudo-intellectual, Bob Costas, used a national football television audience to promote the anti-Second Amendment views of the NFL in reference to a gun control rant Costas made after former Kansas City Chiefs player, Jovan Belcher, was involved in a murder-suicide tragedy. Costas, during halftime of the Kansas City-Denver Broncos game, quoted Fox Sports columnist Jason Whitlock and said, “If Jovan Belcher didn’t possess a gun, he and Kasandra Perkins would both be alive today”.

It was disgraceful for Costas to use a tragedy on national TV to advance the NFL’s anti-gun agenda.

Conclusion

Please allow me to remind the readers that every genocide in the 20th century was preceded by gun confiscation (University of Hawaii).

As with most things in life, we have a choice. If we don’t care for Walmart’s overseas virtual slave labor practices, we simply don’t have to shop at Walmart. If you don’t seeing your family members “felt up” by the TSA, then don’t fly. If you don’t want to be the victim of the same tyranny, don’t attend or watch an NFL game. We have a choice. We could bring the globalist economy and their practices to their knees through non-participation.

The forces of the NWO are so omnipresent, so powerful that the general public is unable to gain any traction against this tyranny. However, this is a battle we can win. Nobody can force you to go to a NFL football game. Nobody can force you to purchase NFL products. This is what we should have done after the TSA began to sexually assault Americans, refuse to fly. If the American public stood down in the face of tyranny, the airlines and the NFL would go broke and their screams would have been heard all the way to the halls of Congress.

<img class=" wp-image-7032 aligncenter" src="http://www.thecommonsenseshow.com/siteupload/2014/02/nfl-empty-stadium.jpg" alt="The $30 billion dollar industry known as the NFL will collapse.
The only question remaining, what is Jade Helm’s role in all of this?

It’s the NANNY-ST8 for your license plate.

In addition to outright vulgarity and racism, some states prohibit messages on vanity license plates that can be viewed as “anti-government.”

In Pennsylvania, for example, where five state employees in Harrisburg get to decide what’s allowed on vanity plates, banned words include “PUTSCH,” a German word roughly equivalent to the more-well-known France term “coup d’état” but with an uncomfortable connection to Hitler and the Nazis.

But “ENDFED,” a reference to libertarian-led efforts to shut down the Federal Reserve Bank, is also on the do-not-license list, according to the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review.

Melissa Daniels explains that any reference to drugs or sex are also banned, no matter how subtle — “Grass” is banned because it could be an alias for marijuana — or odd: “SexNazi” got the hook, though we’d like to hear a bureaucrat give the official definition for that one.

The wordsmiths at the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation are always on the look-out for new offenders.

“When vanity plate applications arrive, PennDOT license specialists check them against a list of 20,000 dirty words and banned phrases. They look up Internet slang and scroll through acronym dictionaries,” Daniels explains.

Presumably, they pass the rest of their day by playing Scrabble and listening to “Stairway To Heaven” on repeat, trying to find new double entendres for drug use.

But don’t blame Pennsylvania for its silly rules — pretty much every state does this.

In Connecticut, “BALZ” and “SCREWU” are illegal, probably because they offend the state’s charming, idyllic vision of itself.

But the CT Post reported last month the state also bans “PITA” and “TOBASCO,” seemingly for no reason at all.

Before plates are handed out to drivers, the requests are first automatically reviewed and checked for potential offensive phrasing through the banned license plate list, according to William Seymour, director of communications of Connecticut DMV. More than 1,000 words make the list.

We’ll concede the government gets to decide what’s allowed and not allowed on license plates, because it is the state that is making and selling them (is it really “selling” if they are mandatory?) to car-owners.

Indeed, that’s exactly what the U.S. Supreme Court ruled last month in a case that flew way under the radar of the court’s other big decisions.

In a 5-4 ruling, the court held that Texas’ decision to ban the confederate flag from state license plates was not a violation of free speech because license plates are a form of “government speech.”

“When the government speaks, it is not barred by the Free Speech Clause from determining the content of what it says” wrote Justice Stephen Breyer in the majority opinion.

In the wake of that decision, Virginia Gov. Terry Mcaullife has asked Attorney General Mark Herring to challenge a 2002 federal court decision that Virginia could not block the Confederate Veterans from displaying its logo, which includes the Confederate flag, on state license plates.

You could even make a case — though a less constitutionally sound one — that the state should limit expressions of outright vulgarity or blatant racism on license plates, in the name of keeping our highways more civilized and cutting down on road rage, perhaps.

But is it worth it to have taxpayer-paid bureaucrats spending all day searching throughUrbanDictionary.com and scouring the darkest corners of 4chan to make sure no one will be driving around with the latest slang drug reference affixed to the back of their car?

For that matter, is there any good reason at all to ban so-called “anti-government” statements on license plates? It’s not as if someone can really make a convincing case for anarchy in 10 letters or less.

Or can they?

GUBMENT SUX

Nailed it.

When President Obama can’t get his agenda through Congress, he simply goes around it by declaring things legal via Executive Order. No one in Washington has had the courage to directly challenge the Constitutionality of Obama’s highly questionable power grab.

ARIZONA has decided to pass Legislation designed to curtail all of Obama’s Executive Orders that don’t pass Constitutional muster.

But one state just came up with a surprising plan to stop Obama’s end-run around Democracy.
The FIRST BILL Arizona House Bill 2368, introduced by Rep.
Obama and his cronies are sure not to like this challenge to their empire, but Arizona is undeterred. In addition to this bill a second one has also just passed the state house which attacks another of Obama’s “sacred cows.” Conservative Tribune explains:

In an historic 104-page ruling, Chief Judge Robert C. Jones of the Federal District Court of Nevada has struck a major blow for property rights and, at the same time, has smacked down federal agencies that have been riding roughshod over Western ranchers and property owners. The long-awaited ruling, which had been expected before the end of last year, was finally issued at the end of May. The court case, U.S. v. Hage, has been keenly watched by legal analysts and constitutional scholars — but has been completely ignored by the major media.

As we reported last November ("Judge Blasts Federal Conspiracy; Ranch Family Vindicated — Again!"), in June 2012, Judge Jones had issued a scorching preliminary bench ruling that charged federal officials of the U.S. Forest Service (USFS) and the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) with an ongoing series of illegal actions against Nevada rancher E. Wayne Hage (shown on left) that the judge described as “abhorrent” and a literal, criminal conspiracy.

Judge Jones said he found that “the government and the agents of the government in that locale, sometime in the ’70s and ’80s, entered into a conspiracy, a literal, intentional conspiracy, to deprive the Hages of not only their permit grazing rights, for whatever reason, but also to deprive them of their vested property rights under the takings clause, and I find that that’s a sufficient basis to hold that there is irreparable harm if I don’t … restrain the government from continuing in that conduct.”

In fact, Judge Jones accused the federal bureaucrats of racketeering under the federal RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corruption Organizations) statute, and accused them as well of extortion, mail fraud, and fraud, in an effort “to kill the business of Mr. Hage.”

The Hage family has waged a heroic decades-long legal battle against these abusive agencies, in a David vs. Goliath contest against the combined might of the U.S. Department of Justice and the BLM/USFS legal teams. Precious few individual citizens are willing to undertake such a seemingly hopeless and costly effort as to challenge the formidable power and bottomless resources of the federal government. Wayne Hage and his wife Jean did so repeatedly, winning judgements only to have them endlessly appealed by the taxpayer-funded agencies. Jean Hage died in 1996. Wayne Hage and his second wife, former U.S. Congresswoman of Idaho Helen Chenoweth Hage, both died in 2006.

The Hages' son, Wayne N. Hage (shown next to father), and other family members have continued ranching and have continued the legal fight. Hage hailed Judge Jones’ May 24 decision as a landmark ruling for property rights, which the American Founding Fathers recognized as the bedrock of liberty and an essential security against tyrannical government.

"This decision is landmark for Western ranchers,” Hage commented from the family’s Pine Creek Ranch in Nevada. “I am pleased to announce for the ranchers of the Western states that it has been proven that a permit is not simply a revocable privilege, but rather there is a property interest in the permit for the purpose of the Due Process Clause, both procedural and substantive. This is important because it will safeguard rancher’s rights and historical grazing practices."

Hage added, “More importantly we proved a ‘forage right.’ Ranchers in the state of Nevada are protected from trespass within a half-mile from a water source.”

Notably, the court said, "The Government may not abuse its discretion in refusing to renew, or in revoking, a [grazing] privilege." Significantly, the family will be under permanent injunctive relief and the government shall not reduce the Hages' permits by more than 25 percent for any period of time without the courts' consent, and never permanently.

Specifically, the court found, "The Government has abused its discretion in the present case through a series of actions designed to strip the [Hage] Estate of its grazing permits, and ultimately to strip Defendants of their ability to use their water rights." He explained, "Substantive due process protects individuals from arbitrary deprivation of their liberty by government."

The court further explained, "The Government cannot withdraw them (grazing permits) or refuse to renew them vindictively or for reasons totally unrelated to the merits of the application as governed by published laws and regulations, lest the Government abuse its executive power in a way that shocks the conscience."

Because of the government's refusal to consider any grazing applications from the Hages, the court found the subsequent "chain of events is the result of the Government's arbitrary denial of E. Wayne Hage's renewal permit for 1993-2003, and the effects of this due process violation is continuing."

In nine states – Colorado, Montana, Oregon, Washington, Wyoming, Arkansas, Florida, Massachusetts and Alabama – voters will get a chance to resist DC and approve ballot initiatives which would nullify unconstitutional federal acts.

Here’s a brief rundown of the nine, a YES vote is urged on each.

1. Montana, Referendum 122
LR-122 is an act “prohibiting the state or federal government from mandating the purchase of health insurance.” It would also prohibit the imposition of “penalties for decisions related to the purchase of health insurance coverage.”

Recent polls show 50% in favor and 41% opposed. It requires a majority for approval.

2. Massachusetts, Question 3
All three branches of the federal government consider the possession, production, sale and consumption of the plant, “marijuana” to be illegal. 17 states are already defying that classification by allowing its use for medicinal purposes. A YES VOTE on Question 3 would “enact the proposed law eliminating state criminal and civil penalties related to the medical use of marijuana, allowing patients meeting certain conditions to obtain marijuana produced and distributed by new state-regulated centers or, in specific hardship cases, to grow marijuana for their own use.”

It has polled as high at 68% in recent weeks. The 18th state to nullify federal laws on weed is likely to do it in a landslide.

3. Alabama, Amendment 6
This legislatively-referred amendment would free Alabama citizens from any requirement to participate in Obamacare, or any other compulsory health care program. The ballot language reads as follows:

Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of Alabama of 1901, to prohibit any person, employer, or health care provider from being compelled to participate in any health care system.

If passed, the amendment would place the onus on the Alabama legislature and executive branch to block implementation of the PPACA and shield their citizens from federal mandates. The proposed amendment had to garner a 60 percent majority in both the House and the Senate to go to the voters. A simple majority on Nov. 6 will approve the amendment.

4. Oregon, Measure 80
Oregon was the first state to allow women to vote, and supporters liken the push for Measure 80 to that same kind of pioneering spirit. This ballot initiative directly attacks not one, but two federally-banned products – both marijuana and industrial hemp. (the latter being a related plant without THC and used in everything from oil, to food, clothing and more).

The official ballot title is: Allows personal marijuana, hemp cultivation/use without license; commission to regulate commercial marijuana cultivation/sale.

5. Colorado, Amendment 64
Section 3 would allow the “personal use and regulation of marijuana” for adults 21 and over. Section 4 addresses legal commercial cultivation, manufacture, and sale. The intent is that marijuana be regulated in a manner similar to alcohol.

Polls have shown support strong to gaining, with the latest ranging around 53% in favor and 43% opposed. It is likely that Colorado will be the nation’s first (or second, read below) state to not only nullify federal marijuana laws for medical purposes – but for the general public as well.

6. Wyoming, Amendment A
Wyoming voters will consider a health care freedom amendment to the Declaration of Rights in the state constitution on Nov. 6.

If Amendment A garners a 50 percent majority, the Wyoming Constitution will guarantee citizens of the state the right to make their own healthcare decisions with minimal governmental interference.

Article 1, Section 38 – Right of Health Care Access

(a) Each competent adult shall have the right to make his or her own health care decisions. The parent, guardian or legal representative of any other natural person shall have the right to make health care decisions for that person.

(b) Any person may pay, and a health care provider may accept, direct payment for health care without imposition of penalties or fines for doing so.

7. Washington State, Initiative 502
Whatever you call the plant, Washington DC considers it dangerous and illegal. Laws on the books in Congress – illegal. The executive branch – aggressive about enforcing those laws. The supreme court – in 2005 ruled against the idea of states legalizing for any purpose.

But yet, 17 states have been standing up and defying DC on this issue by legalizing marijuana for limited medicinal purposes. Massachusetts voters are set to become the 18th state as Question 3 should win by a landslide.

If approved, Washington’s I-502 would take it a step further. It would end marijuana prohibition and treat pot in the same manner as alcohol. People would be allowed to grow, produce, sell, buy and consume the plant – in direct defiance to all three branches of the federal government.

Recent polls all show support ranging from 55-56% in favor with opposition in only the high 30s.

8. Arkansas, Issue 5
The second state to consider a new medical marijuana program this year. Issue 5 would make “the medical use of marijuana legal under Arkansas State Law, and establishing a system for the cultivation, acquisition and distribution of marijuana for qualifying patients through nonprofit medical marijuana dispensaries and granting those nonprofit dispensaries limited immunity”

9. Florida, Amendment 1
Florida voters will have the opportunity to tell the feds to go pound the plentiful Sunshine State sand on Nov. 6 when they consider Amendment 1, a health care freedom amendment.

If passed, the amendment will “prohibit laws or rules from compelling any person or employer to purchase, obtain, or otherwise provide for health care coverage.” The proposed amendment would also allow health care providers to accept direct payment for services.

Call it a tax or call it a penalty, in effect, the amendment would nullify the insurance mandate written into the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act.
