    I can no longer can find it, but the IRS won a court case saying it wasn't part of the government and not subject to freedom of information request.

      I believe the only way to go about dealing with the IRS is a thing called procedure .. There procedure's if you look at there procedures its right there and there is no procedure that says an ordinary American must pay an income tax .. Define income
