(video 1:55) "Now she [Robin Quivers] says after multiple chemotheraphy, radiation and surgery she is cancer-free"
Did she really say that?
The book, which was actually written before her current health crisis, includes more than 90 recipes that have helped Quivers continue walking the vegan path, including citrus salad with roasted fennel and pomegranate, a peach almond-butter smoothie, tomatillo tortilla soup, spicy roasted cauliflower with pimenton, and grilled portabella mushroom burgers.
Quivers attributes her vegan diet to aiding her recovery from surgery and treatment, and says doctors have now declared her cancer free. Quivers has a new cookbook out Oct. 1 called "The Vegucation of Robin," which starts by outlining her lifelong struggles with food and obesity, and chronic health issues.
"But when I started eating clean, it all stopped," Quivers writes in the book, regarding her early venture into veganism. "I couldn't believe the difference I saw."

ABCNews:
"Is there anything women can do to prevent this kind of cancer (ovarian cancer)?" Oncologist: "Taking birth control pills before menopause can dramatically reduce risk"
ABCNews manages to 1) scare people with cancer 2) promote oncology 3) promote drugs 4) and at the same time not mention what made Robin Quivers so different from other patients
Amazing!
Obviously ABCNews want us to believe (the deadly) chemotheraphy, radiation and surgery treatment is fine, so they cooked the truth

ABCNews website
I will not disagree
1.3 mill Americans are diagnosed with cancer annually. Then instead of alternatives that cost next to nothing, ABCNews are excited about "designer drugs" (at $10,000-100,000?)
1.3 mill * $10,000-$100,000 = $13-130 billions covered by tax money...
Sounds good FOR the oncologists

Dr. Antonella Carpenter
Did I get it right? Patients can get huge compensation if cancer treatment does not work and they are just as fine as before treatment? Really. I thought it was: they still have to pay for treatment.
