I dont understand though...did they know the thing was gonna blow. Not defending them...I just dont understand how it was their fault...unless they were warned... and evennthen... arent the tourist responsable for their own common sense?
This was a tragedy waiting to happen. I know that a Heightened Alert Level was issued prior to the explosion and the tour operaters would know this. They get people to sign waivers in case of unpredictable outcome in mistaken belief that they can waiver themselves out of the health and safety at work act and it seems little else is taken into consideration.
