Michigan Sen. David Knezek, D-Dearborn Heights, snarked on Twitter recently about a bill that makes it a little easier for people to earn money by shampooing hair.

ForTheRecord says: Under current law, it is illegal to shampoo hair for people outside one’s family without a cosmetology licence – which requires 1,500 hours of training or a two-year apprenticeship, $200 in fees and passing an exam.
