That card badly misrepresents the medicinal benefits of cannabis. CBD oil, which is what Rick Simpson produced, consists of many cannibnoids that interact with the cannabinoids produced naturally by the human body. Of all of the CBD's in cannabis, THC is unique by producing a psychoactive effect and plays a smaller role than other CBD's for curing cancers. This card is making a mockery of the amazing properties of CBD oil by highlighting only THC and implying that it gets you high. CBD oil is NOT THC. Some CBD oils may contain THC but many do not, especially if it is derived from hemp. Cannabis hemp is a variety of cannabis grown for it's fibers and a various other uses, not for it's THC content. The active ingredient in Hemp Oil is not THC as the card states. THC is derived from the flowering buds of the Cannabis Sativa and Cannabis Indica plants. This is where you will also find the highest concentrations of the many other CBD's also, making them the preferred variety of cannabis for producing CBD oil. If Rick Simpson were alive today, he would not approve of this Conspiracy Card misrepresenting the CBD oils which he produced, by calling it Hemp Oil.
