- My reason for contact is to offer information that most have overlooked. When the US bombed Vietnam with "agent orange", they were in violation of "The 1925 Geneva protocol", which forbid the use of chemical weapons... the financial penalty payable to Vietnam was never paid ! the MIA's may have been kept for that reason! the legal argument for absolution might have been that Vietnam was neither invited , or did sign that
protocol in 1925... However, the US did sign it !
