Texas group launches scholarship for white men ONLY... because they 'need an equal shot'

Dejure, as in Lawful republic. In 1860 congress adjourned "sinae dae". They did not set a date to reconveine, seven southern states walked out and we lost our republican form of government. When congress reconveined in 1868, Lincoln uttered these famous last words" Act like It". Sinse then we have been operating under Defacto" government, until....
