Yes, it is true. They are working on tracking every aspect of an American's life, who you are, what you have done in your life, what you are doing now and have been doing. They use every piece of high tech in tracking you, tracking  means of locating you are Credit cards, loved ones & friends Info., purchases, ATM machine actions & cameras, cell phone, computer [On or off], T.V. [On or off], satellite, bug, drone, eye scans, photographs, fingerprints, telephone, listening devices, radios, vehicle tag & VIN number, ID card, employment, activities, favorite places you frequent, traffic intersections, building cameras. They are working on other devices like ID tracking bugs they can insert in the skin, & other ways. Time is coming for accountability .. if they can't find you or track you .. you must be hiding something ... personally, I will get rid of everything I have when leaving.
