Did another 'Ruby Ridge' massacre occur in West Memphis?
Disturbing allegations concerning another possible 'Ruby Ridge' type massacre by law enforcement are
coming out of West Memphis, Arkansas.Ruby Ridge, of course, was
the scene in Idaho in 1992 of the ATF-FBI

In West Memphis a suspicious
set of circumstances surrounding a police shooting of a man and his
16-year old son have come to light. On May 20, 2010, West Memphis
police shot and killed the two in what law enforcement described as a
'shootout.'

The common law wife of the victim, however, states
that she disputes the version of events as told by police.

to Donna Lee Kane,
A man and his son Jerry and Joseph Kane were allegedly stopped on the highway by 2 police officers, the 16 year old son with no police training allegedly was
able to surprise and kill 2 seasoned police officers, all by himself.
90 minutes later the Kane's are less that 10 miles away from the
alleged original scene, in a Walmart, only 10 miles from the Tennessee
border. No dashcam video has
been released showing the Kane's killed anybody. The Kane's are shot
dead on live helicopter video. People assume that since the police are
saying they have video, that they have a video. And why would anybody
believe anything the Police say as those very Police are believed to be
involved in a coverup? Why? But the FBI twice said they hadn't seen
the video. And Chief Bob Paudert said he couldn't look at it. So all we
have is hearsay. There are no eyewitnesses to an alleged first scene
of alleged first shooting on the highway, unless Bill Sadler the Public
Information officer of the Arkansas State Police would come forward
and tell what he obviously knows (Bill Sadler will know what I mean and
others do too) or anybody else would like to come forward and tell us
what we already know, that this incident was either staged or the
Kane's were tragic victims of mistaken identity.

station WMC-TV Action News posted a video shot from a news
helicopter of the police shooting of the 2 suspects.

Kane, however, states the following:
My family was slaughtered with extreme prejudice on May 20, 2010 via live helicopter video in a West Memphis, Arkansas Walmart parking lot. No video of the Kane's killing anybody has

than police vehicles that I believe is supposed to make it appear that
Jerry's white minivan is amongst them, on the highway. Realize, that
there wasn't even a description of an alleged vehicle until almost an
hour and a half later. Nothing has been proven, not one eyewitness of
the Kane's shooting anyone on the highway or offramp as alleged. After
many careful viewings of the live helicopter video, there is no evidence
whatsoever that any shots came out of the Kane's white minivan. The
helicopter video clearly shows that the Kane's front driver and
passenger windows were rolled up. If the Kane's had been shooting out of
the windows they would have been broken...they weren't.
They would have us believe that the Kane's were at a traffic stop on the highway, that a 16 year old boy with no
training like police have and for no reason shot and killed 2 seasoned
police officers, then instead of going over to Tennessee border which
was approximately 10 miles away, that for 90 minutes the Kane's hung
around and went shopping at Walmart? The broadcast was for
Hispanic drug runners. My husband Jerry Kane and my stepson Joseph Kane
were WHITE.
If these allegations are
correct and the police cannot prove there was any involvement of the 2
victims in the murders of 2 cops, then local law enforcement has a major
problem on its hands.

Did the police mistakenly shoot the wrong
suspects? Did they intend to shoot these suspects for ulterior
motives and then conveniently make up a story concerning their
involvement in a cop killing? Is local law enforcement presently
engaging in a cover-up?

just because i am new to this site doesn't mean i am not aware of all that you have listed. that said, the elder kane was on this trip with bad intentions based on the death of his daughter years ago and his arrest in new mexico. he even commented before his trip that somethin bad may happen. they were predisposed for an altercation. he had expired tags and was defiant to the officers as to why he had no need to have his car properly registered. he returned to the car and covertly advised his son to take out the officers. this was not a conspiracy other than a nut job father and son.

ok doc....a little background on me....8 years in the marine corps has turned me very anti-government/establishment. this case however is nothing more than a 16 yr old brainwashed kid ruthlessly killing 2 leo's.

doc savage.....one officer was in view , saw the kid coming out with the gun, tried to take a defensive position, but was too late. the fatherreturned to the vehicle, grabbed his paperwork and they drove off.he was not in any life threatening danger. you are grasping at straws that are not there. oyu did make 1 staement that was true. the leo's didnt deserve to die. however, the kanes did deserve their fate.

very clear in the video....pulled over for expired tags, the elder kane was beligerent. the cops were trying to get him under contraol and the punk kids blasted them multiple times with an assault rifle, continued shooting them as they lay dying as they drove off. the kanes got what they deserved. thsi "wife" is nothing more than soem broad he shacked up with in march. she is a nut and needs to retract her accusations and apologize to the family members of the men her family killed

Gotta say, contrary to the assertions in the text here, those windows look to be broken out to me and there appears to be a gunshot originating from the minivan at about 42 seconds.
We might want to believe that a patriot wouldn't do such a thing but most cops and the general public never want to admit that cops have acted badly either. In either case wishful thinking can lead you astray from the truth.
Seems to me we'll never really know for sure as we will never hear any side of the story from those actually involved, or not involved as the case may be. Jumping to conclusions is unproductive though.

I'll post what I know in a blog. Yes, they killed these men. They were teaching people about big banks, big gov., how to get their houses back, and how to walk away from the banks, or make the bank work for them and not the other way around. They helped many people and informed alot on the federal reserve scam as we know it. That is why they are dead.
