Illinois State Assembly approves gun confiscation bill

Illinois State Assembly approves gun confiscation bill

The state legislature of Illinois has approved a bill, HB 1465, which:

Requires 18 to 20-year-olds to hand over or transfer ownership of heretofore legally possessed “assault weapons” — which the NRA-ILA describes as commonly-owned “semi-automatic firearms” — as well as any magazines that hold more than ten rounds of ammunition.

Bans the sale of certain types of semi-automatic weapons to individuals under age 21.

Makes owning such a weapon by persons under age 21 a Class 3 felony for a first offense and a Class 2 felony for a second offense.

People of Illinois wake up! This is not your lawful government doing this. This is a corporate government franchise of the corporate UNITED STATES in the District of Columbia. Declare your political status and file it in the public record. Tell them that their so called laws do not apply to you. The corporate STATE OF ILLINOIS has no jurisdiction over you.

CT: Massive Non-Compliance with “Assault Weapons” and “Large Capacity Magazine” Registration

1/18/14

“How is that there were 50,000 rifles registered versus less than 40,000 LCM’s [large capacity magazines] declared? Second, how do we reconcile 50,000 rifles against an official state analyst group suggesting over 370,000 rifles back in April 2011? And the same report estimated well over 1 million LCMs in CT back in early 2011. [Click here to read.] Either the Department of Emergency and Public Protections initial hand-count estimate is off by a factor of 10X or more, OR there is MASSIVE noncompliance going on in CT right now.”
