Whether your rear bumper encourages passersby to "Keep Portland Weird" or informs that "My Other Car is a Bicycle," there's one thing all Rose City motorists apparently share: they can't drive.
A new report by Allstate ranks the safety of Portland drivers at near rock bottom — at 190th out of the top 200 largest U.S. cities.

Portlanders also rank at 190th place for rain and snow driving, according to Allstate's annual "America's Best Drivers" report. And city residents file a new car insurance claim every 5.9 years on average, compared with a national average of 10 years.
