Video: London’s Police Commissioner says rape gangs have “been part of our society for centuries”

Cressida Dick is the Commissioner of the Metropolitan Police in London. And she is, of course, lying outright. If “grooming gangs” had been part of British society for centuries, we might have heard about it from the British writers going back to Chaucer who wrote about conditions on the ground in the country, or from political controversies of bygone ages. But there is not one mention, not one hint, of massive numbers of British girls being raped and forced into prostitution by organized gangs until quite recently.

And the perpetrators are Muslims. The victims are non-Muslims. The rape gangs operated and continue to operate according to Islamic principles. The Qur’an teaches that Infidel women can be lawfully taken for sexual use (cf. its allowance for a man to take “captives of the right hand,” 4:3, 4:24, 23:1-6, 33:50, 70:30). The Qur’an says: “O Prophet, tell your wives and your daughters and the women of the believers to bring down over themselves of their outer garments. That is more suitable that they will be known and not be abused. And ever is Allah Forgiving and Merciful.” (33:59) The implication there is that if women do not cover themselves adequately with their outer garments, they may be abused, and that such abuse would be justified.

"Quis custodiet ipsos custodes? " - Juvenal, Satire VI, lines 347–348.

Dick should be wise to look back to the founding of the Metropolitan Police Force by Robert Peel.

Nine principles were set out in the "General Instructions" issued to every new police officer in the Metropolitan Police from 1829

The nine principles were as follows:

  1. To prevent crime and disorder, as an alternative to their repression by military force and severity of legal punishment.
  2. To recognise always that the power of the police to fulfil their functions and duties is dependent on public approval of their existence, actions and behaviour, and on their ability to secure and maintain public respect.
  3. To recognise always that to secure and maintain the respect and approval of the public means also the securing of the willing co-operation of the public in the task of securing observance of laws.
  4. To recognise always that the extent to which the co-operation of the public can be secured diminishes proportionately the necessity of the use of physical force and compulsion for achieving police objectives.
  5. To seek and preserve public favour, not by pandering to public opinion, but by constantly demonstrating absolutely impartial service to law, in complete independence of policy, and without regard to the justice or injustice of the substance of individual laws, by ready offering of individual service and friendship to all members of the public without regard to their wealth or social standing, by ready exercise of courtesy and friendly good humour, and by ready offering of individual sacrifice in protecting and preserving life.
  6. To use physical force only when the exercise of persuasion, advice and warning is found to be insufficient to obtain public co-operation to an extent necessary to secure observance of law or to restore order, and to use only the minimum degree of physical force which is necessary on any particular occasion for achieving a police objective.
  7. To maintain at all times a relationship with the public that gives reality to the historic tradition that the police are the public and that the public are the police, the police being only members of the public who are paid to give full-time attention to duties which are incumbent on every citizen in the interests of community welfare and existence.
  8. To recognise always the need for strict adherence to police-executive functions, and to refrain from even seeming to usurp the powers of the judiciary, of avenging individuals or the State, and of authoritatively judging guilt and punishing the guilty.
  9. To recognise always that the test of police efficiency is the absence of crime and disorder, and not the visible evidence of police action in dealing with them

Dick would be wise to become informed / remember that state sanctioned costumed enforcers only contractually derive their authority from those they are (supposedly) in service to / employed by - i.e the (native / ethnic) British people - when that contract is broken, the presumed authority is no longer in effect.

This is now clear to see, and Dick's burblings and lies only enforce these truths.

Remember that Dick was in charge of the 2005 anti-terror operation that led to the death of innocent Brazilian plumber, Jean Charles de Menezes, when armed police chased him into the London Underground station of Stockwell and shot him repeatedly in the head at close range.

Jean Charles de Menezes

Remember folks, the "authorities" shooting innocent Brazilian plumbers  - is perfectly acceptable  - especially when you claim to be watching a 'known' terrorist who apparently lives in the same building, but your intel is so piss poor...that 5 officers can't even ID the individual they have been tasked to track!

Dick authorized the EU "Shoot to kill"policy without reference to Parliament, the law or the British Constitution.

You the proles on the other hand demanding accountability of those entrusted with authority or power, or opposing real terrorism or identifying its real cause - oh then the UK Police magically have the manpower to deal with suppressing you, but day to day crime? No. You are on your own.

Officers claimed de Menezes was would-be suicide bomber Hussain Osman who lived in the same block of flats as the Brazilian.

When the force was later found guilty of breaching health and safety laws, the jury cleared Ms Dick of blame.

She spent three days giving evidence and told the jury she was told five times that surveillance officers thought a man they were following was Osman.

“From the behaviours described to me, nervousness, agitation, sending text messages, using the telephone, getting on and off the bus, it all added to the picture of someone potentially intent on causing an explosion.” - Cressida Dick, 2007.

“If you ask me whether I think anybody did anything wrong or unreasonable on the operation, I don’t think they did.” - Cressida Dick, 2008 inquest.

"I will stand up and be counted for my decisions" - Cressida Dick, on the Jean Charles de Menezes case

Dick also has connections with Common Purpose

Common Purpose (CP) presents itself as a charity when in reality it is a 'communitarean' fifth column political organziation, based in Great Britain, which creates ‘Future Leaders’ of society. CP selects individuals and ‘trains’ them to learn how society works, who 'pulls the levers of power' and how CP ‘graduates’ can use this knowledge to lead 'Outside Authority’.

Why do these fools keep lying to us - do they think we are stupid? - Perhaps so!
