The rampant lion is the logo of the Finnish defence force. It has a long tradition from Swedish regalia and ancient times. The curved sword symbolises the previous rising of Islam that was deteated by the straight sword symbolising Christianity. Those were days of honor and bravery unlike these ridiculous time we are living through nowadays where the main source of pride seems to be revolving around your poop hole and how you use it.
