That is what the Global cell towers were created for = project Blue is unfolding which means the attack on Damascus is about to happen. Saw this on Vince's blog. Very creepy. It's happening world wide. The intervals between sounds are almost as identical as the sounds. Reminds me of Tom Cruise, War of the Worlds.

Check this out, more videos of the sound from all over the planet. Listen closely and watch all videos. This is no hoax. Entire communities are hearing it.
