Years ago, when this happened, we had him on the radio show a few times. His story was spread over the internet- it was like a terrible omen, that things would never be the same again.

There was no mention of any crime that he is being charged with and by his account there was no crime committed unless refusing to answer a question is a crime worthy of a beating, a night in jail and a scheduled court appearance. This is the definition of a police state.
