The Rule of Law is NOT for the protection of the guilty, it is for the protection of all people in the USA FROM government violations of individual rights.

It is not the congress that ""ENGAGE The RULE of LAW, ...e.g. The CONSTITUTION"', that duty was assigned to the Militia of the several states - to "We the people".  That is because they already knew from history that one day those who want power within our government would turn treasonous and tyrannical.

You are the militia of your state.  have you sought out constitutional sheriffs (cspoa.org, or oathkeepers.org, etc) to train so that you can - as part of the duties that is left to the people by the US Constitution - enforce the US Constitution and your state's Constitution, Enforce the laws of the Union (constitutional laws), Protect the country against all enemies both domestic and foreign, and “to suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions”.

This has happened because we let them do away with our constitutional protections from usurpation - the Militia. No governmental body, military is the militia - that is deception. 

US Constitution, Article I, Section. 8, Clause 11: “To declare War, grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal, and make Rules concerning Captures on Land and Water”.

The congress has the duty to grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal when they are needed to enforce the US Constitution, the laws, or defend the people and the nation. This is using private citizens in their own privately owned crafts to defend the USA and her people, this is using the Militia.

Clause 15 requires of the congress: “To provide for calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections and repel invasions”. (con't)

The US Constitution doesn't permit an armed government. It does permit armed citizens. Time for gun confiscations of government employees, since they have them ILLEGALLY. The true threat to life liberty and freedom comes from our own government criminals.

If you think that the oath to support and defend the US Constitution does not matter...

WE ALREADY HAVE THE LAWS IN PLACE STOPPING FEDERAL ENCROACHMENT AND UNLAWFUL ACTS - the US Constitution and each state's Constitution, our republican form of government. That the laws – old and new are not now, nor have they ever been, the problem.

The PROBLEM IS ENFORCEMENT of the US Constitution and all that is IN PURSUANCE THEREOF IT. The PROBLEM IS ENFORCEMENT of each state's Constitution. That is what it all comes down to, enforcement. Everything else is just saying that we have these already protected natural rights enumerated in the US Constitution which are not being enforced so we will add more laws...., which we do. Who is charged by the US Constitution to enforce the constitutions? The Militia of the several states have that honor!

How do you think that those involved in Military actions were prosecuted for following an unlawful order? Because they were PERSONALLY responsible for THEIR actions after taking the Oath or Affirmation. The Military itself was not responsible for orders that were unlawful because they pass that responsibility to the individuals and officers when they are sworn in.

Example: No-knock raids: Say a SWAT team does not knock - already unlawful, breaks into the house - another unlawful act on the part of every member there; then in the unlawful process already going on "accidentally" kills a person, or multiple people living within their home - First Degree Murder on the part of ALL involved (including those who planned it and SENT them out). Why First Degree Murder? Because it was an unlawful planned attack. Why is everyone who was involved in the act in any way – paperwork, etc, guilty of that crime also? Because of the Oath – they took personal responsibility to see that every action they commit was in support of and in defense of the US Constitution. That is also why it is unlawful for raids to be set up and no information given to those carrying out the raid – THEY ARE PERSONALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR ACTIONS and they need to have ALL the information before committing the act.

The knock and lawful warrant being executed in the proper way protected NOT only the people being served a warrant, etc; but also those who were carrying out those actions. Those actions - here in the USA - are ONLY allowed under certain conditions - and they all swore an oath to ONLY commit those actions under those specific certain conditions.If they did not swear that lawfully REQUIRED oath then they are "impersonating" an officer of the law, etc.

Once again the problem with our nation is ENFORCEMENT of the US Constitution (and all that is in Pursuance thereof it) and each state's Constitution. The Militia of the several states, "We the people' are charged with the duty to enforce it.

NEITHER SHOULD YOU!

You are needed here, and you are what our country needs.  Do not let them destroy you or our nation, our US Constitution.

The federal LEO's are no longer working for America, have not been in decades. What they think matters not, what they are doing matters greatly.  WE MUST dismantle them lawfully.  DEFEND. You, and those like you, are the lawful ones here in the USA.

There is nothing lawful here in the USA about the TSA or even the DHS.  They were created to be a private military for those destroying our nation. 

We must dismantle them using Constitution. As the Militia YOU are the defense arm of the US Constitution. TRAIN the people how to survive, I will do what I can to teach them what is no longer being taught - as will others - the US CONSTITUTION AND ALL THAT IS IN PURSUANCE THEREOF.

I had officers show up at 2 am.  They came in the back way - over fences and across acres of wet grass.  They did not take down my front locked gate. Luckily I was on a conference call at the time.  A friend was called who came over to witness. It was an interesting night.

I am not trained, but I will not stop what I am doing.

Never think that those people who are occupying positions within our government are "our government".  They were put into place exactly because they were either corrupt, blackmailable (NSA), or traitors. It is the Militia of the several states that is taxed with the duty to ENFORCE THE US CONSTITUTION AND EACH STATE'S CONSTITUTION.

Those who served within our military are not the enemies of our land, they are the enemies of those who are working to destroy our nation.  Do not mistake it for anything else.  YOU are a danger to them because you can teach the people what they need to know to survive, you can defend our nation because you are trained.

It is the traitors who are making you feel badly - do NOT allow them to do so.  They are working mostly behind the scenes by some openly to destroy us and you.

You (in the video) are where you are needed.  The "wars" are not lawful and we need our soldiers home to defend our nation from the enemies that are here.  The war has moved to the USA, and most of it is hidden, committed by traitors.  We need to start holding them all accountable to the duties assigned to them by the US Constitution and WHY they have the office or position they are occupying now.
