@H... I would hope someone would know the difference between real butter and the fake crap. The taste is totally different. And from what I've been learning as of late is that saturated fat is good for ya. This is good news because I love me a fatty breakfast consisting of eggs, sausage/ham/bacon and potatoes fried in a lot of butter ;)

Butter from grass fed cows is best. Unsalted, of course. Add Celtic Sea Salt if you like. Wet salt due to Magnesium is best. Put it all in your morning coffee. Yum!
