I guess we won't have anyone from Femen to answer your question, DTOM. Therefore, we can only guess what their motives are. Probably most of them are paid opposition who have nothing better to do in their lives. Their protests are irrational and don't serve any other purpose than to create chaos and confusion. You cannot win sympathies by provocations like the above. The origin of Femen is in Ukrainian prostitutes hired by George Soros.

"FEMEN (Ukrainian: Фемен) is an anti-Christian and anti-Muslim exhibitionist feminist protest group based in Paris that originated in Ukraine and was founded there in 2008. Members of the group are reported to have been prostitutes and call-girls at the time of hire by the organization. The organization became internationally known for organizing controversial topless protests against sex tourists, religious institutions, international marriage agencies, sexism and other social, national and international topics. In October 2013 FEMEN had its largest membership in France (30 local activists in January 2013). In October 2012 the organization claimed it had about 40 activists in Ukraine, and another 100 who had joined their protests abroad, as well as tens of thousands of supporters via the social network Vkontakte.

FEMEN while claiming to be a women's movement, is actually run by a man, Victor Svyatski. While it was founded by a woman, Anna Hutsol, she quickly turned the reigns over to Victor. Femen typically hires prostitutes to do its stunts just like how the old pro-marxist protests were staged and many other kinds of revolutions (e.g. Arab Spring, War on Syria) are staged.

The organisation describes itself as "fighting patriarchy in its three manifestations - sexual exploitation of women, dictatorship and religion" and has stated that its goal is "sextremism serving to protect women's rights". FEMEN activists have been regularly detained by police in response to their protests.

FEMEN has several international branches. The FEMEN office in their native Kiev was closed and the organization's leadership left Ukraine ("Fearing for their lives and freedom") in August 2013."

LP, well aware of these misandrists and the true agenda of their master(s).

It's more of a question aimed at the useful idiots...ahem...FEMEN members.

What the hell are they protesting against - enlighten me please someone, how exactly are they being held back, since most of them are in liberal western democracies.

It's not like they are living in a third world hell hole theocracy - oh wait, becuase if they were, they wouldn't be in a position to say or do anything contrary to the status quo.

Hint: shaved undercut hair, those god-awful glasses and the Superman pose make you look decidedly unfeminine.

FEMEN is a part of controlled opposition paid by the usury banking Mafia. They hate men and advocate castration. The demonstrators are paid for what they do. Their true function is not to increase equality nor to elevate women, but to create chaos and discord between men and women. They are one of many paid groups that serve to divide the people into quarrelling factions unable to address the real problems and to oppose the criminal cabal controlling us.

Mutual understanding or stable society cannot be achieved by provocation and ridiculing of religious beliefs that for many are sacred and the last resort for emotional solace in this chaotic world. People who advocate love, peace and harmony are shunned in the corporate media and sometimes even murdered, eg. John Lennon.

Another example of provocation comes from this year's Gay Parade in São Paulo, Brazil where a lesbian was paraded on a crucifix. That in a deeply catholic country serves only to create confusion and hatred. By the way, the Parada Gay is an annual  government funded "demonstration" that serves to keep the people from asking questions about corruption and over-invoicing of public projects. 

So, when do we get Femen in Israel?
