Cuomo: Gun Control Would Have Never Happened If Public Was Allowed to Review It

In order to pass the New York SAFE Act, which substantially erodes a citizens Constitutionally granted Second Amendment right to bear arms, Governor Cuomo had to circumvent his own state Constitution. That document has an amendment requiring a three-day public review of all laws. By issuing a “Message of Necessity”, Cuomo was able to pass the law without public scrutiny, with the Senate actually voting on the bill a mere 30 minutes after receiving it.

The process led to State Assemblyman Steve McLaughlin to say that, “Moscow would be proud of our state Legislature and Executive Chamber, but every New Yorker should be outraged.”

Now that this BS is done it will have to be undone and it will be, People like Cuomo & Blomberg are a wast of the tax payers money, they are simpletons when it comes to upholding there oath to the constitution, they have no honer, they put there personal feeling above there oath of office and betray there constituents trust in them.

It is not there job to second guess our rights, it is not up for public scrutiny or debate, guns are not the problem, the problem is people like them and the way they think, it is because of people like them that we have so called safe zones, where killers can kill children unrestricted.

I am convinced all the recent mass shooting were caused by factions within our government, Following Obamas orders, to create a reason to disarm us, with all that we have seen put in place over the last 20 years only a fool would think any of them had honorable intentions.

I know it's not PC to take notice, But most everyone of the anti gun grabbers within our government are of Jewish heritage, one would think they would be the last people to repeat the past.
