After notifying the defendants, one of which is a "judge", I was charged with "simulating legal process. The trial was a total sham. I spent 70 days in jail awaiting sentencing. Was let out on April 10th on 3 1/2 years probation. I don't know if my allocution got me the stayed sentence and probation or not. Now I'm trying to figure out how to take these bastards to federal court [court of record] on the common law side.
