Unfortunately, it is not something that admin can fix. It is a Ning issue. I just sent them a help ticket and hoping they'll resolve it asap. Be patient my friend ;)

Cant favorise videos or blogs, counters doesnt work, and everything is slow as a two-legged turtle.

Take that back... things are taking a bit longer to load. The site is a bit wonky today. Hopefully it gets fixed.
