A month and a half into the Jade Helm exercises and still we see an overabundance of military equipment being moved by railway. This transport was witnessed in Winnemucca headed south toward Fallon, NV. Notice the addition of several tanks that have been absent in most of the videos out of Nevada the past few weeks.
