As  for  Stalin's   role it is  admitted  grudgingly in  Parting  the  Waters and  an excellent  book Hammer  and Hoe by Prof.  Robin  Kelly --in brief  Stalin had the ear of  Harry Heywood and  I suspect  that is  interest in the national  question witch  dates  back to 1913  made him  quite  receptive --the  1928  and  1930  Comintern  documents are on line  and it  would  be  disingenuous to  claim  that  JVS   did  not  how shall I say "vet" them--there is  also a  criticism  of  the CPUSA   for what is  called  "White Chauvinism--with  a specific  example  cited--the  documents  say  #  1  priority  "Death  for  Negro   Lynchers" I will find the  Url's --more importantly  they led to the  formation  of  the CP  of Alabama  a forgotten  but heroic  institution. Prior  to these documents (and threats)  the CPUSA   had been  largely eastern  european.  http://www.marx2mao.com/Other/CR75.html (   have no links and in fact not much  use  for  the organization that printed them).  As for  your point about the history  of propaganda  you  are  quite correct--King Leopold  was a master  of it--but  I  am  talking about  something a bit  different--I call it historical mythologies--that is a phenomenon  we  observe  when what you call propaganda  penetrates so  deeply  that  no  amount  of  evidence  will  clarify or  at  least  complicate  a situation--it  will  be  dismissed  as  anecdote  e.g. the  role of  Mack Coad  in Spain or  the  funeral  of  Ralph Grey  after camp hill. Call  it  the Bosnia  syndrome if  you like---what it  amounts to  is  the  inability  to  reconsider or inability to  falsify.  Two  men  are in a house  and it is raining outside.  One says to the other  "look at that rain!" The other claims in it is sunny and  warm.  They both go outside and get  soaked. The fellow who claimed it  was  raining  argues  that he has demonstrated  his case.  The other  fellow simply  replies  "Oh!  but you  don't know what counts as rain" My guess is that  none of the evidence  cited  will  change your mind. I am familiar  with Bernays--and though he  touches on this  it is not  quite the  same.  Yes  I do accuse  the media  of  propaganda as you say--but  a historical narrative  is something  different--remember Leopold  got his  reputation  destroyed. Historical  narratives  are much more difficult  to  question  and almost impossible  to  expose  as  fictions

People need to research and learn factual history as well as proper grammar, spelling and language skills to put forth legible arguments in the written form.

I am assuming that you mean that the plans for global domination have been in the works since the year 2000 or possibly earlier and that almost everything that the United States government and Main Stream Media states as truth is ,in fact outright lying to deceive those that are not aware or awake to the method in which they use propaganda. And if my assumption of what you are trying to say is correct, then you are correct. And this goes much further back than the year 2000 A.D. Propaganda dates back to the late 19th century. People  need  some history  1)  Joseph  Stalin  is  a  key figure  in the American  civil rights  movement--the evidence  is on line 2) almost  everything  america  says  is  a  lie--evil Gaddaffi (ask Mandela)  Assad ---this has been planned  since  at least  200s  possibly  earlier  3)  The  fall of the  Soviet  Union  has made this  all possible--as well  as  the defeat  of Arthur  Scargill  and the miners in 1984  which  eviscerated  an already  weak  Labour party  and turned it into an new  jr. partner  to the US  --so now they had  two  Israel and UK  now France  which  drowns in North  African  Blood  is  chomping  at the bit. I have  a  question why not  Save  Detroit? dismantle the prison system--because   I  believe this will help  Syria  Iran  Venezuala --damn   well help that the  reds  retake  power in Russia--and I don't mean sissy  ones!! how  do  you think Milosovitch  Abu   Amar  and for that  matter   Paul  Robeson--I  saw an  article  in The  Griot  that texting  might  be  good  for the black community--apart  from the  fact  it dumbs you down it  is made on the  blood  0f 5.4-8 million  Congolese --why  do I  see  defend  Palestine  when I come  to pages on this site?  No  sane  person  denies  the  atrocities  Israel  has committed  but  where  are the flotillas  to New Haven? When  will  Palestine  denounce  the continuing  slaughter  of  Black people  in Africa and here  and when  will the Cosby  crap stop?  Clean ourselves  up?  the metropolis  controls  africa   and  the  "white" (  a  increasingly useless  term--since  Chinese  Americans  Latinos etc)   controls  the  economic and  social  arrangements  of the black community--I  am not making a  racial argument--in  fact  I  have had to learn what I know  from  committed  whites--but until  the black community  here is liberated--or  until  Stalin  comes back to life (see  comintern  documents 1928-30) The periphery   will continue  to be slaughtered  This  all started with Clinton's  bombing of Bosnia--so as Mrs Hamer  said  lets  turn the statue of liberty  around  so it  faces  America  like a mirror. And  lose the  women's movement!! (see  Chester Himes  article 1973) Personally  all that is left  is the CPUSA  (which Stalin  threatened to torch  if they  did  not  make  the liberation  of  Black people  priority  #1--Bobby  Seale  knew this  Huey  did  Mrs Hamer  did as well--I  am walking  down Mass  ave I see occupy  Harvard Yard--across the  street a  black women (a para medic  told me)  is dying  of aids--reStalinize the CPUSA  or  form   a real  new Panther party --I do not care who is in it  as long as they  work--writing  blogs about  syria  won't help  machines  do not  change  people--people  change people--open  the jails!! you want to help Syria  concentrate on thzt!!

  the City of London is smelling particularly foul.The U.S. has no need nor financial obligation to them. The debt is phony. The money is phony.
