"Notice NRS 412.026 Composition of militia. Item 3. If a volunteer military organization is formed and becomes licensed by the governor, it shall consist of an organized body of able-bodied residents of the State between the ages of 17 and 64 years who are not serving in any force of the Nevada National Guard and who are or who would have declared their intention to become citizens of the United States."

There's 20 to 30 armed government (DHS or other agency) people with full armour standing in front of a crowd of 3,000 plus protestors and they begin dispursing the crowd with gas, batons,etc. What wrong with this scene?

Yes,the majority will suffer some losses, but for certain they are able to Overpower this minority and make an example by disarming them and actually arresting them. I don't really want to be shot again in my lifetime but I would risk it if enough deputies were with me.

Put on one of those old football or motorcycle helmets, length of heavy electrical cable or baseball bat and Rush these people back to where they came from; Roped up with Tar and feathers for the news coverage.

Once again where are the Deputies ... anybody really want to start this program or wait until Star Wars looking outfits arrive with so-called Humans inside - to carry the Sheriff off to a Debriefing area.

"Marchall Dillon more of the strangers are back in town" "Chester, better ring the Bell for our Deputies".

"Sorry Marshall, those volunteers never showed up".

Want that or the other proposal.

  We need to start arresting the domestic 9-11-2001 perps. Bush43 has been spending hours in the shower painting amateur portraits of himself nude. The American public needs to be convinced of the crisis, so they take notice and voice opinions to throw the Ministry of Unnatural Acts in prison.

Look up the Phoenix Project - Was created for Vietnam to destroy the civilian support of the resistance.  Which is now HOME LAND SECURITY.  Death camps, torture chambers set up by Olie North and FEMA.  
This is what they have planned for all of us. 

Then look up Project Popeye - This was the beginning of the weather modification program - HAARP.

Forget about our republic we must turn to democracy - majority rule - we are the majority.

3KM citizens strong - stand behind your sheriffs if they are true constitutionalist.  They are your foundation of our Constitutional rule.

We cannot beat them with high tech...go low tech.

Like the Community Safe Network setup. Household Adults need to be trained and Deputised for any enforcement to work - Not a cereal box badge.

The Bell ringing solves the cost factor or even whistles. Airhorns may be available. Sounding the Alarm is the main point along with a Reaction Team.

The Sheriff and the Citizens are at risk with this maddness.

Someone please post the Sheriffs Oath and Duties and then it will be clear what his authorization and those of his deputies will be.

One may also post the Legal brief on Citizens Arrest. Taking the Perp to the local station will require Control of the local station.

I like the citizen Grand Juries approach, as listed above. However, without an enforcement arm, their edicts will be just so mch hot air! And that is where the local militia comes in.

As Elyag states, every neighborhood must begin to develop a Community Safety Network. This is a process of communication, in the event that electronic communication ceases, or is unavailable. A series of handheld Ham radios in every household at less than $30 each. If that is not economically feasible, 1 radio per every 6 houses, using a Paul Revere-like method where a calling tree is set up, and every person on the neighborhood tree is responsible to tell 5 by knocking on their door! This has a cost of $5.00 per household, and cannot be shut down by any governmental agency. Yes, every member of the calling tree will need to get at least a Technicians radio license, which runs $15.00 one time. A CB system would work, but can be jammed, and distance is limited. The talk-about radios also have limited distance, and can be jammed. Telephones, cell ohones, and the internet can be turned off by a governmental agency instantly.

Once a Community Safety Network has been implemented, this should be integrated into a local Neighborhood Watch type of program.

I think I will write a short concept paper on this, and post it as a discussion. I will advise further.

Here we go again..

You contact (10) of your well known friends and neighbors and brief them on the Sheriff System (Meaning you have some research/study to do) they in turn repeat the process and depending on the size of your community – repeat again. Yes 10,000 strong. The Sheriff then further indoctrinates these parties and Swears them in a Deputies. Training is assisted by those with SKILLS - like Vet’s.

With cost cutbacks they may seem unlikely, but this is a volunteer deal with parties available on 24 hour notice – don’t have to quit your job – if you still have one. Materials are small cost; Plastic electric straps versus handcuffs, rope for Roping a Dope and a distinctive Badge, and of course Your own registered weapon(s). Now let them come for the Sheriff and his Legion of Deputies. “Chester I see a number of Strangers are in town hanging around” and Chester asks Marshall Dillon, “Should I alert all the Deputies”. “ Yeah go ring the Bell”.

We have been stressing on several sites to get organized with the Vet’s available in your area – Be they homeless or just lacking – you can start to work a Protection System with alarms or bells. Just think if your lawyer is busy or you don’t have one to call.

Instead you or your wife or children Loudly alert the neighborhood of Intruders – that’s what they really are in daylight and at night they are Home Invaders that need to be dealt with. A couple dozen or more legally armed neighbors hurry to the scene and you should see a fast withdrawal.

Yes, they might come back with reinforcements – SWAT, The No Longer Secret Service or whatever but then even more of your crew can be available including filming and recording. You better start soon – like 30 minutes ago would be good and also ID these types – many live nearby, it’s not like they flew in from the coast to visit you..

Made in China bells acceptable in this case.
