To those who feel that I might be inclined to end the life of any lawfully elected representative of the people, I must make my apologies. What I said, I meant ... that Senator needs to live in fear for his bold grab to deny Constitutional rights to US citizens. I did not, however, say that I intended to get in my car and take care of the matter personally. I do, however, have confidence that the matter will be handled.

I live in North Carolina, not Connecticut. It is up to the citizens of Connecticut to deal with their Senators, not me.

Reducing the ranks of the Senate by one won't directly change much, but it will slow or even reverse the course of events wherein ordinary citizens fear their government and permit renegade oath breakers such as him to act with impunity because of such fear. His "fuck you" demonstrates his confidence that we will not act. He needs his confidence in his invulnerability disproved.

Senator, you are vulnerable. You don't have enough money, friends, power or influence to avoid justice. 

I am fully aware that speaking out like this may lift me into the radar. I've read the Constitution and I agree with it. I knew when I chose a pen name that it would only shield me from rank amateurs. In Detroit I was stalked by a rank amateur ... they make your life stinky without ever having the guts to face you directly. That is the only sort of person a pen name shields me from. 

I would like to make a recommendation to all readers of this post: start using an open source program to encrypt your e-mail. Keep one e-mail account "pristine" and written in the clear. Only use the other account with strong encryption enabled. There are open source programs for all major and most smaller operating systems to handle this for you fairly painlessly.  Also, enable TOR (The Onion Router) for all your surfing. It uses a variable set of anonymous proxies to pass along encrypted communications and is extremely difficult to penetrate or use statistical methods against. It's a bit of a hassle because sites like this one will not be able to use cookies to identify you so you'll have to log in each time. But it beats Camp FEMA.

You can run TOR and Thunderbird and PGP from a thumb drive, leaving no record on your hard drive. They can run from encrypted / obfuscated partitions on that thumb drive.

I've been careless ... I let myself get out of the habit of doing these things and now no amount of covering up after the fact will have any effect.

But you don't have to be stupid just because I was.

Well, what does he expect? He picked a fight and now he got one. He should be afraid. But not of the guns, but the people that are coming to arrest him and interrogate him.

@ Earl, We are aware that we are UNLAWFULLY spied upon as if we were already under a dictatorship.  When we let that shut us up we have already given away our nation.  I am not talking about people who make threats that are  .. well not all thought out.

But I will ALWAYS post the US Constitution and the laws of our land so that others who maybe did not have the time to know what is or is not lawful for those in governmental positions to do.  I will ALWAYS fight for their arrest, and charges brought, and substituent prosecution.   I will ALWAYS fight to have any judge that is NOT using "Good Behaviour"  - as required to and PERSONALLY took an oath to do to continue to keep their "authority" in the courtrooms - REMOVED as is our lawful duty.

We are aware that they know who we are, and that we KNOW they are traitors to the USA under our constitutional laws for "just doing their job" or "just following orders" and that one day WE WILL be there at their prosecution.

"For Gods sake don't put yourselves in danger or threat..."  You are not completely awake, we are ALREADY in danger and under threat. Or are you unaware of how many have already been murdered or indefinitely incarcerated.  That it has been going on for decades and this is just the accelerated version of it, and that if WE do not stop them there will be millions that those traitors will murder and worse.

Not saying how you feel because you are afraid is understandable.  But understand this, it will happen if you speak up or not.  But by speaking up you might actually assist in stopping this treason happening here. You might save another's life.  You might even assist in taking down ALL traitors to the USA.  You see, they believe that YOU believe that what they are doing is okay - because you are not saying differently.

Patriots:  While I am in agreement with many of the comments here and support many

of the ideas, please notice I post my ideas using my full legal name, and I post here 

and other places using it as well. A few others do as well.  One of the reason I do this

as to remind me that I am fully aware, at all times, what I post and how I post it as 

well as to add even further credibility to what I write and my passion for what is RIGHT.

But, I must caution you, there can be serious liability for you for some of what I read 

here, the fact that you post under a User Name not your legal name, will not shield you

or delay the Powers that be from coming to your location to either arrest you, or possibly

to do you or your family harm.  So, take it for what it's worth.  Facts are facts...feelings 

are not facts. Threats are not facts, nor are they necessary for any of us coming here 

for news or facts. Just don't let your passion get the better of you so as to remove you

Many congressmen are howling that the Constitution is too old and need to be upgrade , that it was good in it's time but now we need a change. IMO the change we need is people like  that, that think this way.

Clause 16: “To provide for organizing, ARMING, and disciplining, the Militia, and for governing such Part of them as may be employed in the Service of the United States, reserving to the States respectively, the Appointment of the Officers, and the Authority of training the Militia according to the discipline prescribed by Congress”.

When the founders created the US Constitution they realized that we would never be able to count on state and fed reps or agencies to protect our lives, property, and freedom. So they continued with what the people had already been using; the one proven throughout history to have the best needs of the people themselves always first, the Militia of the several states. Who are the Militia? All able-bodied citizens or those legally allowed to be here between the ages of 18 – 60.

Each state's Militia is made up of “We the People”. The Militia has as its constitutionally assigned duties to:

• Enforce the US Constitution and each state's Constitution,

• Enforce and keep the “Laws of the Union” (which is constitutional laws ONLY),

• Protect the country against all enemies both domestic and foreign, and

• “to suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions”.
