The language is very interesting - are people listening to the chatter - he said : when it comes to the GLOBAL STANDARD On tobacco control member countries are obliged to comply but they have not ENFORCED IT YET! See this is the new normal there is no individual standard. Now they won the Olympics! Great reason to implement more control after all everyone will stand up and cheer when they lineup offenders and kill them right ?!!
