Such a shame. The US Supreme Court is absolutely frightened to take up strong cases that challenge corrupt elections or corrupt practices. Yet this is the biggest issue facing our country right now and the biggest threat to our Constitution.

Corrupt elections breed corrupt politicians which bread corrupt government officials which breed corrupt media and social media companies and so on…

In 2020, 18 state AGs joined the Texas case that argued against the corrupt election results that were certified in the swing states that stole the election for Joe Biden. It was a solid case. This corruption affected us all and still does to this day. We all were impacted. But the three Trump judges decided not to hear the case along with the corrupt Obama, far-left and insane judges on the court. INSANITY.

The Supreme Court also refused to hear the cases from the Trump campaign against the states where material amounts of corruption existed.

The FBI has asked a US court to reverse its order that it produce evidence from Seth Rich’s laptop — and if the court does not reverse its order, the FBI is asking for 66 years to produce the information.

The FBI, after claiming it never possessed Rich’s laptop or any information from it, was finally forced to acknowledge in 2020 that it possesses thousands of files from Seth Rich’s laptop.

Seth Rich was a Democratic National Committee staffer who was murdered in cold blood on a street in Washington in mid-2016. Despite carrying a wallet with cash, cell phone, and an expensive watch, the killers did not take any of his valuables. Nobody has ever been arrested in connection with the murder.

U.S. District Judge Amos Mazzant, an Obama appointee, ruled in September that the bureau must hand over information from the computer to Brian Huddleston, a Texas man who filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request for the info.

The FBI’s claim that the privacy interest Rich’s family members hold outweighed the public interest was rejected by the judge, who noted the bureau cited no relevant case law supporting the argument.

But the ruling was erroneous, U.S. lawyers said in a new filing.

The bureau shouldn’t have to produce the information because of FOIA exemptions for information that are compiled for law enforcement purposes and “could reasonably be expected to disclose the identity of a confidential source,” the lawyers said in a motion for reconsideration. Another exemption, which enables agencies to withhold information that would disclose law enforcement techniques also applies, they said.

“Given the Court’s findings that except for the information related to Seth Rich’s laptop withheld pursuant to Exemptions 6 and 7(C) based on privacy interests, the FBI properly withheld or redacted all other information responsive to Huddleston’s requests, the production order seems inconsistent with the rest of the order,” the motion stated.

The bureau “is currently working on getting the files from Seth Rich’s personal laptop into a format to be reviewed,” the government said in 2020.

Epoch Times reports: Information and material extracted from the computer were provided by a source to an FBI agent during a meeting on March 15, 2018, FBI records officer Michael Seidel said in a declaration. He said the files included photographs and documents, among other material.

In the new filing, government lawyers said the FBI never extracted the data, which it revealed as originating with a law enforcement agency. They said the information is on a compact disc containing images of the laptop.

“The FBI did not open an investigation into the murder of Seth Rich, nor did it provide investigative or technical assistance to any investigation into the murder of Seth Rich. As a result, the FBI has never extracted the data from the compact disc and never processed the information contained on the disc,” they said.

To produce the information, the FBI would have to convert information on the disc into pages and then review the pages to redact information per FOIA, according to the government.

If Mazzant upholds his order, the FBI wants a lengthy period of time to perform the work—66 years, or 500 pages a month.

“If the court overrules the FBI’s motion, the FBI wants to produce records at a rate of 500 pages per month. At that rate, it will take almost 67 years just to produce the documents, never mind the images and other files,” Ty Clevenger, a lawyer representing Huddleston, told The Epoch Times in an email.

“After dealing with the FBI for five years, I now assume that the FBI is lying to me unless and until it proves otherwise. The FBI is desperately trying to hide records about Seth Rich, and that begs the question of why.”

WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange has suggested Rich leaked Democratic National Committee (DNC) files to WikiLeaks, but special counsel Robert Mueller said the real source was Russian hackers. Still, Mueller’s finding conflicts with statements from CrowdStrike, the firm hired to investigate how the DNC files were released.

Bill Gates, George Soros, and several members of the Rockefeller family were deemed responsible for the advent and spread of the Chinese virus, which has killed tens of thousands of small businesses and forever changed the world for the worst.

A Peruvian court charged the group with responsibility for creating the coronavirus pandemic.

In its decision, the Chicha and Pisco Criminal Appeals Chamber said the pandemic was the invention of a “criminal elite around the world” made up of billionaires such as Soros, Gates and Rockefeller, among others.

Thus, the court justified the delay by issuing a ruling on the appeal of the accused, who sought the abolition of preventive detention and whose permission was postponed due to the pandemic.

For Judges Tito Gallegos, Luis Legia and Tony Changarei, the pandemic was “unpredictable”; for all but the alleged creators, “who have been involved in it and continue to manage it with particular secrecy in their environment.

“No world government, individuals or legal entities, nor the defense of the accused can claim that this pandemic has the quality of ‘foresight’, except for the creators of the new world order, such as Bill Gates, Soros, Rockefeller, etc.” write the magistrates in a resolution posted on the portal LP Law.

Judges without a shadow of a doubt declared that the coronavirus was “created by a criminal elite that rules the world.”

In particular, the document cites financial investor George Soros, Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates and the Rockefeller family of billionaires, whom he accuses of “managing” and “continuing to direct” the virus into the “new world order.”

From WWW.WASHINGTONTIMES.COM

The Supreme Court announced Friday it won’t hear a lawsuit by the state of Texas that sought to overturn Democrat Joseph R. Biden’s victories in four swing states, dealing a massive blow to President Trump’s nearly extinguished prospects for a second term.

The high court said in a brief order that Texas “has not demonstrated a judicially cognizable interest in the manner in which another State conducts its elections.”

“All other pending motions are dismissed as moot,” the court said.

The decision came despite the president imploring the justices publicly to “save” the nation from a Biden presidency. Mr. Trump had called the case “the big one,” elevating it in importance above all the other legal challenges filed by his campaign team in six states.

Conservative Justices Samuel A. Alito Jr. and Clarence Thomas said they believed the court was required to hear the case. But they said they “would not grant other relief.” It would have taken four justices to agree to hear the complaint.

Supporters of the president had hoped that Mr. Trump’s three appointees to the Court — Justices Neil M. Gorsuch, Brett M. Kavanaugh and Amy Coney Barrett — might come to his aid. But legal analysts in both parties said from the start that the case was a legal “Hail Mary.”

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, a Republican, had asked the Supreme Court to invalidate Mr. Biden’s wins in Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin. He argued that those states illegally expanded their mail-in balloting without the approval of their elected legislatures.

A total of 126 House Republicans and 18 other Republican-led states joined Texas in asking the high court to reverse Mr. Biden’s wins in the swing states. But GOP senators largely either stayed out of the case or criticized Texas’ move.

Sen. Ben Sasse, Nebraska Republican, praised the Supreme Court’s decision.

“Since Election Night, a lot of people have been confusing voters by spinning Kenyan Birther-type, ‘Chavez rigged the election from the grave’ conspiracy theories, but every American who cares about the rule of law should take comfort that the Supreme Court — including all three of President Trump’s picks — closed the book on the nonsense,” Mr. Sasse said.

The four battleground states had urged the court not to hear the case, saying Texas didn’t suffer an injury sufficient for bringing the court action. Pennsylvania Attorney General Josh Shapiro, a Democrat, called Texas’ move “seditious” and “bogus.”

The president urged the high court publicly several times on Friday to rule in his favor.

“If the Supreme Court shows great Wisdom and Courage, the American People will win perhaps the most important case in history, and our Electoral Process will be respected again!” Mr. Trumptweeted.

The president also dangled a promise to the justices — on the presumption that he would gain a second term — that he won’t allow Democrats in Congress to “pack” the high court if they win the Senate majority in two runoff elections in Georgia next month.

“If the two [Republican] Senators from Georgia should lose, which would be a horrible thing for our Country, I am the only thing that stands between ‘Packing the Court‘ (last number heard, 25), and preserving it,” Mr. Trump tweeted. “I will not, under any circumstances, Pack the Court!”

The high court’s action came ahead of Monday’s vote in the Electoral College. Under federal law, members of the Electoral College will meet in all 50 state capitals to cast their votes for president, one of the final steps in certifying Mr. Biden’s win.

Texas Republican Party Chairman Allen West suggested secession might be the answer for pro-Trump states.

“Perhaps law-abiding states should bond together and form a Union of states that will abide by the Constitution,” Mr. West said.

He said the Court’s decision means that states “can violate the U.S. Constitution and not be held accountable.”

The Daily Mail reports that Hunter Biden, 49 was a no-show at Monday’s child support hearing in a Batesville, AK courtroom.

One of Biden’s lawyers, Dustin McDaniel, a former state attorney general, ‘abruptly quit’ during the hearing. According tothe Daily Mail, McDaniel told the court Biden’s personal lawyer had ‘advised’ him that he was being discharged. In his “motion to withdraw,” McDaniel wrote, “(C)ounsel will take all steps reasonably practical to protect defendant’s interests and make every effort to ensure an efficient and judicious transition for new counsel.”

Judge Don McSpadden made it clear that the most important person in this case is the child, “Baby Doe.” McSpadden demanded at least three years of Biden’s tax returns in order to determine a suitable child support payment. In a recent court filing, Biden stated that he is currently unemployed and in debt after stepping down in April from his seat on the board of Burisma. The court’s request poses a problem for Biden as his income from the Ukrainian natural gas company is said to have been in the millions. Biden must also provide the court with a valid phone number and address so that necessary court documents may be served.

Biden resigned from Burisma when his father, former Vice President Joe Biden, entered the race for the Democratic presidential nomination.

Lunden Alexis Roberts, 28, the mother of the child, is seeking $11,000 in attorney fees plus child support payments from Biden. According to a previous article in the Daily Mail, Roberts claims that Baby Doe is also entitled to Secret Service protection, considering that he or she is the grandchild of a former U.S. Vice President. Now that may be pushing it.

Accompanied by her father, Roberts’ attractive, wholesome appearance belied her brief time as a stripper in a Washington, D.C. gentleman’s club.

Last week, it was reported that Biden’s lawyers had filed a motion for a Protective Order of his financial records in the Arkansas Circuit Court of Independence. The filing states, “The likelihood that [Biden’s] private records will be used in an inappropriate or malicious manner for reasons that have absolutely nothing to do with these proceedings is exceedingly high and should not be tolerated by the court…Any such disclosures would also cause him “undue prejudice, annoyance, embarrassment, and/or oppression.”

Biden and Roberts had a brief relationship in the fall of 2017. At the time, he was said to be “dating” his late brother’s wife. They met at the Mpire Gentlemen’s Club in Washington, D.C., where she worked as a stripper while attending classes at George Washington University. Baby Doe was born in August 2018. Biden denied he was the father of the child until a recent paternity test proved otherwise.
