Years ago, when I went to Belfast, the fencing around the police station really made an impression on me. US cities are turning into Belfast during the time of "the Troubles".

An underhanded war where the agressor didn't openly declare it and the people are too submissive to understand. They have there speeches and meeting behind the closed doors and sometimes leak out their real intend.
