A word:  electrogravitics [e-lect-row-grah-vit-icks]\

An engineering discipline based on the discovery by T. Townsend Brown of the Biefeld-Brown effect in the late 1940's.  This discipline was used to create separate gravity fields and free energy, drawing on the energy pool We swim in.  In the late 1950's it was pulled into black projects.
