    There is plenty of danger in NYC already without injecting children with experimental drugs.  Abundance of Injecting questionable drugs going on in the streets, in the middle of the day.  

    Openly selling drugs:

    Drug dealers routinely set up shop in front of the A-C-E subway station.

    Discarded needle West 40th and Broadway:

    Syringes are seen discarded in planters, at W 40 St and Broadway in Manhattan.
