Time Traveller Caught On 1928 Charlie Chaplin Film Video

This short film is about a piece of footage found by George Clarke behind the scenes in Charlie Chaplins film 'The Circus'. Newfoundland police need no reason to stop drivers

Police in Newfoundland and Labrador will be able to pull over drivers without having to give a reason beginning Friday.
