Microsoft Outlook is blocking some of my email

Just recently Microsoft has either been blocking my outgoing email or the recipient gets a warning not to open it up. This was done when I tried to include a link to 12160.

I would appreciate it if my 12160 friends would try it to see if it is blocked.
