Read between the lines whenever the government sets out to supposedly address an issue or even solve a problem. We have seen many examples of how the federal government attacks social issues or solves social grievances, a bloody history of such incidents! Things like the 1932 eviction of the “Bonus Army”, the racial school bussing during the Civil Rights” era, the Branch Davidian Massacre in Waco, Texas, and, of course, the unforgettable Covid 19 debacle that will haunt recipients of the problematic MRNA serums for decades to come! So, keeping these past indiscretions in mind, we come to the UFO controversy that for more than the 70 years has left the public in the dark grasping at contradictory theories and official denial. Some have even lost their lives over this ongoing truth embargo of which there appears no end.

If you bother to read, “The Report on UFO’s” circa 1956 by Project Blue Book’s first director, Captain Edward J. Ruppelt, you will quickly see his frustration over literally being betrayed by his superiors over what his actual mission was and how the results he had produced were officially denied! The Captain naively believed just as they public thought, that the US Air Force was out to solve a mystery for the sake of public curiosity for the protection of the American populace from a possible alien threat. However, this was just a cover for the true motives behind a so-called official project of investigation.

What were the true motives of the US Air Force over the UFO dilemma?

• After some 12,000 reports investigated 23% went unexplained. After such time the ATIC (Air Technical Intelligence Command) was dissolved and reorganized into a new agency.
• Rather than explain that either UFO’s remained a mystery or a technically advanced challenge to our military science, the tired explanation that UFO’s presented no threat to national security! Tell that to the many men lost along with aircraft according to an admission by General Benjamin Chidlaw after 3,000 attempted intercepts over the North America continent by 1965 alone! No threat to national security? Yeah sure!
• Astrophysics Professor J. Allen Hynek was supposedly hired for his astronomical expertise to help distinguish between natural phenomenon and misidentification, when in truth, he was hired on in order to make denial and debunking seem scientifically justified! In other words, a paid actor!
• As nuclear physicist Stanton Friedman once stated, when you’re spending billions on defense and we don’t know who or what defies our efforts at interception and defense of our air space, it all gets to be a little embarrassing and hard to justify as being only hoaxes, thermal inversions on radar screens, the planet Venus, and marsh gas! Stonewalling becomes the standard go to method!
• According to Donald Keyhoe, former USMC Major, pilot, and assistant to the legendary Charles Lindbergh, the US Air Force desperately wanted the propulsion technology of UFO’s so the America would have technical superiority over the Soviet Union! Safety of US citizens be damned! It wouldn’t be long before the first of many alien abductions would begin to be reported.
• While General Roger Ramey ordered the Roswell Incident in 1947 to become a weather balloon incident of mistaken identity by the 509^th Bomb Group at Roswell Army Airfield, General Nathan F. Twining turns his intelligence estimate into the Joint Chiefs of Staff that UFO’s are real and not hoaxes, hallucinations, or misidentified conventional aircraft! They are real and can outfly any fighter plane in the US inventory at the time. Twining would have the “Roswell artifacts” as they were called, sequestered from public or intelligence agency scrutiny for years to come.
• General Hoyt Vandenberg upon reading the recommendation of Captain Edward Ruppelt’s staff and conclusions in 1953 that UFO’s were of extraterrestrial origin, refused to pass this data up the chain of command to the President of the United States, Harry S. Truman, and sent it back down, rejecting Blue Book’s findings!

Summation

So, what does all the above mentioned history of US military involvement in UFO’s tell us? It tells us that the US Air Force never had any intention of a truthful explanation being given to the American public. That true concerns over national security were indeed of consideration, that a vast cover-up was the prescribed method to handle the mystery, and that the ultimate goal of the US military as opposed to solving the mystery was getting the superior flight technology that give the US military the edge during the “Cold War”.

If there was nothing to the threat of UFO’s then why were pilots discouraged over reporting their encounters and even ridiculed and threatened by their superiors? Why was the media used to intentionally downplay the seriousness of the UFO dilemma? Refer back to the massive cover-up scenario! And what of public safety? The public was being lied to!
