I agree that Twitter has issues, but I find short leads, with enticing snippets, and a link work best.

Oh, might mention: In the above, You say, "Twitter is the brainchild of Jack Dorsey(whom is an aforementioned co-founder)..." The proper word is "who," not "whom."

I think our palavering is something we both have to work on Vince. I'm glad most of the masses our waking up to this labyrinthian project known as the NWO. Although some are are still fettered by the "worthless dung" the main stream media thrusts into their lives, its good to see a few good men and women wake up. Maybe I'm just as pollyanna as an angelic child, but hey...

@ some somniloquent vistor: Twitter control the amount of words you can write in one message...I'm aware of that. Spurious? Your understanding of the byzantine agenda being implemented into our psyche is that of a somnolent sheeple! Your understanding of the byzantine agenda being implemented into our psyche is that of a somnolent sheeple! During the MK-ULTRA experiments, a repetition of sounds and phrases was inculcated into the child's subconscious, then the children acted those phrases and repeated them. I think we can call these...soundbites! Are these 140 characters per messages not exerts? There is nothing pseudo or apocryphal about the basis of my argument, nor is this an inconsequential or loquacious matter! Through media manipulation--propaganda(site Bernays)--yes they do control what you write, think, and value, but through covert action. The Internet--if you obtain the wrong information--can be another gestapo for the elite, thus being the edifice for your mores! Is that not...wait...I think it is...ehh...you fill in the blank ______. Even the most amaurotic sheeple can figure this out. Don't worry, they may control the content of the messages you write now, but they are monitoring them: http://www.naturalnews.com/034356_tweets_surveillance_government.html Oh I forgot, wasn't Arab Spring a soft coup, used to implement fabian socialism(democracy for dummies!)? Where did it start______(fill in the blank). Was that not a psyop? I rest my case. But to the others who understood the article, and the plight of language in America and worldwide, I appreciate the love.

Peace and Love

comment from a visitor:

Utterly stupid rant of an article. Completely spurious and unsubstantiated link between the 140 character limit on tweets (which is there because that's the limit on SMS texts) and mind control. Laughable. The borrowing of Orwell's concern about the control of language, through the subjugation, control and diminution of vocabulary to lend support to the blogger's hypothesis doesn't work either because twitter doesn't control what you write! It just has a limit…

How many of you recall similar topics concerning the erosion of the written language in regards to instant messaging? I have read several articles on this very topic long before twitter, facebook and the other popular social networking engines were created. Before smart phones and texting, instant messaging was en vogue and applications (before they were called apps) like Yahoo, AIM and MSN messenger contained much of the garbled mishmash of linguistic folly that is prevalent on the fads of present day...and there where no character limits on the IM services.

In my humble opinion( IMHO in internetese), this is yet another example of the Deliberate Dumbing Down of America that was exposed by Charlotte Iserbyt, former Senior Policy Adviser in the U.S. Department of Education.

They say there are billions of them, with more than 50 million added per day. But whatever the actual number, every single tweet ever sent since the beginning of Twitter-time is set to be turned over to Uncle Sam.

According to Federal News Radio earlier this week, Twitter has struck a deal (deal?) with the Library of Congress to archive every single tweet. Rather than treat them as free, protected speech, the billions of Tweets are being treated as historical documents and will archived as such, the report said.
I WANT OUT OF THIS BITCH OF A…tag:12160.info,2011-11-18:2649739:Comment:7098252011-11-18T14:32:55.501Zcherylhttps://12160.info/profile/cheryl165

@Tara: Its a deconstruction job from birth, so by the time we are in our late 20's or early 30's, we sound five years old...I'm sure we have all seen it done before. What saddens me the most is that there are people who want to learn, but have a hard time coming out of their stupor--peer pressure is present, even as an adult, to stay contemporary. If you can control a person ability to express themselves, they will acquiesce to anything. @KRYPKE: It is definitely,"The de-evolution of…

Our comprehension is under attack, all language is under attack, so in essence, we as a people are under attack!

The de-evolution of communication... another part of the deconstruction of America. Destroy and rebuild is the way of elite rulers from ages forgotten. The collapse of the American empire will give birth to the New World Order. Thank you Twitter :)
