3. When you buy any electrical appliance or technology, ask first if it is fitted with RFID. If it is, ask to see an alternative.

4. Do NOT allow your childs school to vaccinate your children.

5. Avoid retail loyalty schemes.

6. Do NOT shop online.

7. Write warnings around the borders of banknotes. It is still acceptable legal tender.

While I can appreciate that it might be hard to follow these steps, we MUST remember that they are created with that in mind, offering us incentives so we don't have a choice. Think of the fool in front of you at the bar, paying for his drinks with his card. Don't be like them. You have an advantage, since you are aware. It is therefore your human duty to make him aware.
