 On an individuals level there can be no conceptualised debt until ones outgoings are greater than can be met monetarily and until they can control ones money they fail to prevent ones ability to fall short on their debt obligations. This is big problem for them in the installing of their dream CBDCs (which they were blabbing about at the WEF) Theres been 3 failed operations and they are all out to make sure there's not a fourth one - and that's going to depend on what happens in Sweden I think because they are going full tit there and I hope Sweden comes to their senses and not let the side down. If the Swedes come to the party and courageously enable a fail on the retail side _that's the cherry on the cake for wef then they will relent and attempt to go for wholesale cbdc where they have more control. That's what they said the next try might have to be.
