Uh, "vandalism" is the destruction of something, or permanent damage to someone else property, not temporary chalk markings. They sell sidewalk chalk at toy stores for Christs sake. This judge is on crack, he can't "bar" relevant testimony, or evidence. If that's the case, they can't mention "vandalism", or defacing public property, because it's NOT permanent. This is outrages.

So, the question is "who is the judge" and does he affiliate with the foreign occupiers of our nation?  Is he a closet Zionist?

Where is Jeff Olson's "Freedom of Speech" during the court proceedings and how can a judge "barr" his attorney from mentioning freedom of speech.  I'd demand a retrial with a new judge.  This one was obviously "bribed".
