Around the first of the year I was with my youngest "21" sister and we attended the Dixie Classic Gun & Knife Show. We look around at many gun's talked to some great people about gun's and political view's. Later that day it was wrapping up i found a handgun i was very much interested in. After completing the application, 100% honestly to the best of my knowlage, i turned it in to the back round check. Very excsited about buying my handgun, waited around only to be told that the application did not go thru in time, that they would give me a call asap, after application was accepted or denied. A few day's went buy, and i got a call from the dealer at my house that my application was denied. So upset and frustrated i asked why, exsplained to the dealer that i was not ever charged as a felony, anywhere in my life, that i was legally registered to vote, and there was no domestic violence in my life. I was told by the dealer that i would have to call the state police and they would be able to exsplaine to me why i was denied. I contacted the VA State Police and after many call's was informed that i was denied because i was involuntary hospitalized in 2001. I thought back to 2001 and was a VICTIM OF A CRIME IN 2001!!! I was held at gun point then bashed upside my head to unconciusness, then sat upon and beat repeaditly in the face over and over till i was nearly dead!! I was on life support, for nearly a week, and my mother was told i might not make it. Now this is the only time in 2001 i was hospitalized, and i was a victim of a crime committed aginst me. "Now about 2 week's later after i call the state police to find out why my right's were denied, and what i have to do to restore what should have never been takin, "with out my knowlage" I get a call from state trooper saying he got a investigation on his desk that i tried to purchase a hand gun. I did not deney that cause i had no reason too, went on to exsplane that i tryed to buy it legally and the the only time i was hosptalized in 2001 was due to a crime aginst me, I swear on my life to the good lord above he asked when we could meet to talk more, stating to me that he was going to help me restore my right's to purchase the handgun i wanted. I proceeded a "WEEK LATER" to meet him at where "GREENTOP GUN'S AND TACKLE", I go on tell him that witch i have told you in this article to only be took out the car and charged with a class 5 Felony 18.2-308.2:2 (willfully and intentionally make a materially false statement on the consent form, required by subsection B or C of 18.2-308.2:2.)  As well as class 1 Misdemeanor 18.2-27/18.2-308.1:3 ( attemp to purchase, a firearm after having been involuntarily admitted to a facility.)

Now i can say that i

#1.DID NOT walk into the gun show, knowing i cant leagally buy a gun. 

#2. After being Denied called the state police to find out why i was denied and what i have to do to have my right's restored.

#3. Was lied too and manipulated  by a state officer.

#4. Who is going to try to buy a gun illegally in a place filled with police and mandetory backround check's, and then follow up with my own right's only to be manipulated by the Virgina State Police.

Please share your input on this matter, cause at this point i am facing Jail time, Fine's and a Felony!!! I aint no felon and dont deserve to be labeled as one. Thank's for reading this and i look forward to hearing your input, from all.
