Should Steve Cooley and Jerry Brown Resign?
Ormond Beach, FL. . . Robert Palmer, former resident of Silicon Valley and Democratic
candidate for Congress in 1990, claims Steve Cooley, LADA, a candidate for Attorney General,
has disqualified himself by stifling prosecution of Superior Court Judge Ralph Dau. The
Judiciary is afflicted with the Catholic Church Syndrome and conceals corruption instead of
exposing it. Judge Dau, as implied by his conduct, accepted a bribe and issued a fraudulent
order granting summary judgment to Mellon Bank and Morgan Bank when the banks were not
entitled to summary judgment. Palmer wants Dau off the bench to protect the public. Jerry
Brown, California AG, a candidate for governor, rejected Palmer's criminal complaint and
refuses to intervene. Brown approves Cooley's conduct. When Palmer sued for relief from
Dau's void order, Brown refused to represent Dau, a state official. Judge Dau did not answer
Palmer's complaint. He has no innocent explanation for acting nonjudicially. His order is prima
facie proof that he committed fraud, among other things, by ignoring valid statutes, by
fabricating an element of the bargain to change the record of undisputed facts, by ruling
contrary to the law and by ignoring available evidentiary documents. Palmer charges Cooley
and Brown have violated their oaths of office and the public trust. They are not qualified to
hold office and should resign. They should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law for
obstructing justice. Palmer's website is
