fairness?
I was sruck head on by another driver. He went to turn across in front of me. I was knocked 28ft sideways and truck was totaled. I had seat belt on and survived but now suffer pain in a fused potion of cervical spine and have to take loads of meds daily. I ended up with over 10,000 dollars in medical bills too. The guys insurace is offering 23,000. The bills and lawyers fee are yet to come out. Do you think this is fair? I don't.
