Under Article 3-301 of the Uniform Commercial Code the lender is required to produce the wet ink signature under the negotiable instrument you signed with your lender.
Violations such as the following are blatant!:
TILA, RESPA, UCC article 3-301, Fair Business Professions Code 17200, false documents, affidavits, securities fraud, NOD, NOTS, declaration notice etc...
