How to Get a New Constitution Under Pretext of Only Proposing Amendments

Open Letter to the Michigan House and Senate
Dear Senator or Representative:
Have you ever been persuaded by someone to support something that you later learned was very different than what they told you, and actually very troubling?
Well that is what has been going on with SJR-L and the well-funded move to call an Article V "Convention of States" to "reign in" our Federal Government.
It is an effort to convince people this is the ONLY way to get needed change in Washington, DC.
But once such a Convention is seated, and proceedings made secret (like the last one in 1787), no one will be the wiser to stop the train. And who do you think will control it?
