International Law & Genocide: Article II, Section C of the Genocide Convention Is Being Broken

Those guilty of breaking Article II, Section C of the Genocide Convention should be held accountable for their crimes.

Moreover, the moral outrage of purposefully replacing one racial and cultural group with another should be brought up again and again.

International Law & Genocide

Four types of groups are protected under international law: national, ethnic, racial and religious.

Under that same law (the 1948 Genocide Convention which has been adopted by 142 countries around the planet) it is clear that genocidal acts need not be violent.

In fact, Article II, Section C defines genocide as: ‘Deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part.’

The conditions imposed by the United States government (especially in the area of immigration but also other policy areas) have greatly reduced the White proportion of the US population. Furthermore, the US government has created a legal environment where Whites are not permitted to build neighbourhoods, schools and businesses for themselves so as to ensure their survival as a group.

The racial group that founded the United States (all the signers of the US Declaration of Independence and the US Constitution were White men) is clearly being phased out as a matter of US policy.

However, these actions by the US government are a clear violation of international law.

Governments are not allowed to replace one racial or cultural group with another. The actions of the US government constitute genocide.

Re-framing the Immigration Debate

It is past time for the US immigration debate to be re-framed in terms of what is good for the native peoples and cultures of the United States.

It is also past time that the US government was held responsible for what is clearly an act of genocide.

The violation of international law is a serious matter.

Those guilty of breaking Article II, Section C of the Genocide Convention should be held accountable for their crimes.

Moreover, the moral outrage of purposefully replacing one racial and cultural group with another should be brought up again and again.
