Just came across a yahoo news article claiming a man (Celaya) shot both of his daughters.  This is really fishy and should be investigated, whether or not the man is a criminal...  It's unclear whether the 2 daughters were shot by the police or the suspect, yet the statements immediately state that Celaya did it. 

"Celaya opened fire, prompting deputies to return fire, Douglass said."

"Celaya fired his gun "multiple times." Celaya was shot during the exchange of gunfire, Douglass said."

"It was unclear when Celaya shot his daughters, Douglass said."

Now get this: "his two daughters, ages 5 and 8, who were found with him in the vehicle when he was apprehended" This clearly states that police fired at the suspect while the children were inside. I haven't a doubt in my mind that the police shot his daughters and pinned the blame on him.  Where's the ballistics test?
