That's right, the Fed has a scheme or plan if they are to be audited. Max explains the process of the Fed moving it's data and Transaction portfolios from the Fed to Banks on Wallstreet during the audit process. Then after the Audit is complete, back to the Fed building it will all go, and the Fed can continue it's crime as usual.
